    I took this class a year ago, but anorexia forced me to do it. I was weak and I couldn't do almost any of these poses. A year and a half later, I tried to practice this video again and thought I wouldn't be able to do it again. I can't say it was easy, but... Really the difference was incredible. I am so much stronger and fitter and really happy I did it this time! 😁💪

    I was surprised to see sweat drip from my forehead during the warrior III part! Love truly loved this class, calming with perfect mix of cardio, strength, balance and stretching, and an emphasis on staying present. ❤️

    I am a long distance runner and I complement my running routine with this workout 3-4 times a week. I cannot begin to explain how much improvement I have noticed in my running performance, mileage, form, core power, speed, endurance, and injury prevention.     Kaylie I keep coming back to this flow and doing it over and over, at least once a week, sometimes twice. It is such a great whole body strengthening workout, as well as centering and lengthening. Would LOVE to have more awesome flows from you - both without weights and with!

    Thank you for this awesome, creative, intense yoga workout, which is still taking time to warm up and cool down as well, loved it! Added my own 10 minutes Savasana in the end for neuromuscular integration and relaxation.
