How kind you are! Your instructions are very easy and helpful to me. Whenever i do exercises following your voice i feel satisfaction that i got to something special. Thanks a lot. From South Korea.
Deron, I think you're doing great work. It suits my age and fitness (or lack thereof) category perfectly. If I could make one suggestion to make your presentations even better (this used to be my work -- sorry, I can't let it go) it would be to ask you to clip a remote microphone to your collar. It's a to-do, I know but your improved sound will bring your presence right into my room. That can only translate into even more "likes" because you're doing everything else perfectly. (You even make me smile when I’m not in the mood.) Thanks for everything.
Belated Happy New Year, Deron to you and your family. Just been diagnosed by my GP with arthritis in my left knee. Moving that knee is now quite painful. Should I exercise that knee through the pain? Thank you.
Belated Happy New Year to you as well! Thank you for your kind wishes. I’m sorry to hear about your arthritis diagnosis-managing knee pain can be challenging, but gentle movement can really help. It’s important not to push through sharp or intense pain, as this could cause further irritation. Instead, focus on low-impact exercises that improve mobility and strengthen the muscles around your knee without overloading the joint. Here are a few suggestions: Seated Leg Extensions: Sit on a chair, straighten your leg slowly, hold for a moment, then lower it back down. Heel Slides: While seated or lying down, slide your heel toward your body and then back out to gently move the knee. Ankle Pumps: Move your ankles up and down to improve circulation and reduce stiffness. My Chair Workouts Program includes exercises that are gentle and specifically designed to help with joint pain and mobility. Consistency is key, so aim to do a little bit every day, and always listen to your body. Wishing you comfort and strength as you manage this-you’ve got this!
