I think these are wonderful for me and I'm almost 68 yrs young and not old by any of today's standards. I've found that my balance isn't as it should be and I believe they'll help a lot. Thank you for your videos. My right shoulder has been bad and I followed all the exercises and I plan to work on this every day. The balance exercises have been great as well. I feel like I have received the perfect jump start for making my limbs stronger and more efficient. I can see how this can build up my confidence in doing things I used to take for granted.

Thank you for this video. I am a 53 year old left below knee amputee and fall quite often because my balance is horrible. I have been doing this program every morning for a week and I can already feel a difference. I do recommend this video to my advocacy clients and they are also telling me good things.
My first time through the first workout and I can tell it is perfect for me! I AM afraid of falling. Broken my right ankle twice and my left shoulder. I am a cashier so I stand all day. I do have a program on my website that is very similar to PT and many have found that they do it better following my video program compared to the "piece of paper" or memorized exercises from therapy. I have been working out with Jane Fonda most of my adult life. I came by your regiment by accident and am glad I have. I realize at age 78 I need to bring my workouts to my current needs. Stretching is great for everyone. You do an excellent job of keeping my attention. I have encouraged others to stretch, stretch, stretch. Balance, balance, balance. But most times to no avail. Although I have a client I showed a stretch excercise for her back. She has been doing it daily and has no more back pain. Keep up the good work. I love it.

I am recovering from severe weakness due to an illness.. I am improving due to your videos. I vary them daily and am able to walk longer distances. They are simple enough so that I do not give up in discouragement. I see results.
It has been 25 days since I got out of the hospital and the Dr. found the blood clot. I have been doing these off and on as my foot still swells. I have a lot better balance now so I will keep it up, thanks

Hi i have been searching for a video that is not too easy and really to help me to balance i find this just right not too easy or hard and i can feel the results in just a couple of weeks.Many people don`t realise how important balance is to help older people keep doing things they have always done. After all how can i ride my bike and see all the wonderful countryside that surrounds my English village if i cant balance.Love the relaxation aspect too.Many thanks Sheila x

I am 66 and it has just dawned on me that my balance is going to the dogs! I couldn't even step into a swimming pool, a few days ago, using a step! admittedly it was a high step :-/ Climbing out was even worse! I WILL do this every day. BIG thank you!

These exercises are what my physical therapist recommended for my arthritis in hips & low back. So happy to find this channel
