    Awesome, much better than the chunkier ones for sure, keeping it scale. The plastic ones just snap all the time.

    good choice, I have the other housings and not only do they ruin the looks but the knuckle bushings dont fit.

    Hi! Just wanted to ask will these wpl axle casings fit on a jjrc q60 6wd truck? Coz I have heard that the size of the differntials in wpl and jjrc are different.

      I don't have a JJRC truck of any kind. But I believe JJRC uses actual differentials where WPL doesn't have a differential. WPL uses a straight one piece axle shaft inside the axle housing for true 4x4. If your truck has a diff (one wheel can spin without the other) then most likely these axle housings won't work.

      Can you help me with another query? I was thinking of upgrading the battery to a 7.4v lipo battery. But the issue is - the ones Im getting on banggoods are coming with a different type of plug. Can I remove that plug and solder the jjrc/wpl plug on it?

      @@saikatmauser I'm assuming you have the rtr version plug. Your best option would be to switch your truck and charger over to a more common plug like a JST or better yet XT30. JST plugs are normally crimped but can be bought with pre-crimped leads. XT30 plugs are a solder on type and can handle a much higher amp load. If you already have the JST plug on your truck look for a battery with that plug. If your looking for LiPo then you must have a real charger and not using the included rtr charger. So why make the battery match the truck. Make the truck match the more common battery plug. Come on over the RC Groups thread where you can post pics and get answers by even more users. You'll need to create an account if you haven't already. I'm thinking those are probably cast Zinc and not aluminum. Pretty cool nonetheless. Thinking about getting some myself. Thanks for the link 👍👍

      Ya it could be, forgot about zinc casting. How about "All Metal" 😃

    Hi, I just purchased a B24 can I fit those tyres you have on that truck yo have in the back ground? I want them alittle bigger than stock around 75mm height and maybe stick out a little more, cheers

      The blue truck is a C-24 with stock tires. The red/black truck in the background is a 1/10th scale fully upgraded Axial SCX10. If that's the one your referring to. No. The tires are 120mm with a 1.9 inch wheel and 12mm hex mount.

    • @kermets
      @kermets 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      hi, yes the red and black truck,I guess they are to big with a spring lift which I was planning on doing to give better articulation, is the 1.9 inch the wheel diameter where the tyre sits ? sorry im fresh as here, is there a small 1.9 inch height tyre say 80-100mm and use a 5-12mm hex adopter ? Brett

    • @everydayrc1783
      @everydayrc1783  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@kermets Yes its a 1.9 inch diameter wheel and a 120mm diameter tire. Way to big for any WPL truck even with a lift. Plus the small 180 or even 370 motor wouldn't have the power needed to turn them. You can buy 12mm wheel adapters to fit the WPL hex but you'll have to find much smaller tires. You say you have a B24 which is kind of a top heavy truck to start with. Lifting it is going make it more so. So like you said you'll definitely need to increase the width along with height or expect plenty of roll overs.

      The gear mesh could be tight and need some shimming out. Check out my other video on how to do a nearly free fix for tight gear mesh. th-cam.com/video/uuUNpO-ciew/w-d-xo.html

      Yup. 3-5 weeks to get em. Unless you can find a US seller on eBay with them. But most of the WPL sellers are location lying and shipping from China anyway. I had my share of those liars.
