I have a sound like that ... but when I plug it on my RC, there are some problems like when I advance the sound brake, but when backing down the sound is like going forward. is there a solution to that problem?
1st reverse the throttle setting switch on your radio. 2nd If its a brushed motor then physically reverse the wires from your esc to the motor. Such as black to red, red to black. If brushless then enter the programming mode of the esc and reverse the esc. This will keep the truck running forward when applying forward input from the radio. This should have you all fixed up.
I just bought a sound engine, after installing it turned out to be normal but after I tried turning the steering wheel, why did the sound return to the sound of the starter? Maybe you know the solution
I think maybe your ESC isn't supplying enough volts/amps to the RX in order to power both the servo and the sound system. When you turn the servo is drawing more power along with the sound system being on and your esc's bec may not be able to handle it. You may need another ESC with a larger "bec" output or install a stand alone bec. Thanks for your review I just ordered one to test out, a couple of questions about the speakers and module if you don't mind.. 1.) Can you remove the speakers from the boxes and mount them? 2.) Is there anyway to eliminate the reverse and brake sqaul bypassing the control wire from the RX to the ESC? 3.) Can you run a separate power supply for this unit like a 9v alkaline? I agree with the brake noise. and I think they should put both speakers together or make them slimmer also.
