- In this video I will show you how we use the bite blocks that we make from wax (see other videos) and register a bite for the patient, then transfer that bite into the articulator to setting teeth to delivery.

i have a question im currently in dental school and theyre teaching us to use a baseplate but i did not see you use one
is there some sort of new technique ??
No it’s the technique after school with hard wax they don’t teach you that yet

May I ask doctor as I found this so interesting because I unfortunately think my chosen implant company are not going to give me this type of perfection,I say this as they never took any photos or molds of my original teeth before removing all of them, I am now going back in June for full zirconium dentures top and bottom and for the life of cannot see how they will make them as they no original molds or is it possible you can obtain all the information you have gathered i.e bite and correct sizing of mouth closed/open etc by a CT scan .your comments or any others would be so helpful
Unfortunately not every place would treat thier patients the same. We are obligated to make the perfect working denture and repeat the work if the patient isn’t happy. I hope you can go back to them and get them to make a better one for you. Best of luck

May i ask why didn't u use the base with the rim and make a whole new base with wax?
I usually used hard baseplate wax for that purpose I don’t recommend this technique if you are new in this field as there could be some distortions if not handled and tried properly. It’s safer to use acrylic base

For more than five months, I have been putting on the wax experiment, and I think it will take a whole year to finish, as long as my doctor does not work with the craft that you do. I am very upset and sad. I will remain without teeth for more than a year 😢😢💔
