      @@AlexRobbMentalHealth It works for short term really well, like a way to get present. I hate when I'm told to focus on my breath because I just focus on how I'm not breathing properly which then makes me more anxious. So this is a better alternative to that which I'll use from now on thank you. Still not leveled out totally and I'm going to go to a drop in today in town to see if I can get support there.

      Absolutely! I love breath exercises but can be counterproductive when you’re in panic mode unless you’re highly practiced. Glad it hit reset long enough for you to go get some support ❤️
