I think you need to clarify if you are using WoL campaign Odin (which you are appearing to use), HotS campaign Odin (different voice lines), P0 Odin (more HP, deals more damage, BRB, upgrades go to +5, and armor upgrades increases HP), P2 Odin (with Lone Wolf buff), or P3 Odin (different voice lines, no Barrage or BRB). Generally, it's difficult to make a guess on who would win when the outcome depends on which version of a non-versus unit you are using.

Honestly it just depends on how wide the hydras are as they approach. If they had been in a wider line they would've got a better surround off and earlier. That's the problem with a lot of the 'X thing vs odin' fights. It basically just comes down to 'how many of them walk into the barrage?'
So when to the 3 unit compositions start? - Zergling, Hydra, Muta vs. Marine, Hellbat, Viking - Zealot, Adept, Dragoon vs. Ultra, Roach, Ravager - Battlecruiser, Viking, Raven vs. Mothership, Carrier, Phoenix
- Zergling, Hydra, Muta vs. Marine, Hellbat, Viking - Terran wins. Vikings are direct counter to Mutas and are sturdier enough to endure Hydras, and Hellbats can deal with zerglings pretty fast. Even with the outstanding Hydra DPS, they should win. - Zealot, Adept, Dragoon vs. Ultra, Roach, Ravager - Zerg winds. It should be muta ling bane vs marine marauder ghost. Really show how important kiting and good positioning are. Technically there should be medivacs, but none of the M&M's will be alive long enough for it to matter, and the primary use of medivacs is microing them around anyway. Sometimes you don't see a lot of marauder production, but putting some marauders in front of the marines to soak some baneling hits is a common strategy, especially before you get your ghost count up and eventually transition into almost pure ghost. I'd definitely like to see these with current pro meta builds, just to showcase how important micro is.
I do want to say that the reduced walking speed of the zerglings is a significant nerf for them, since speed is their defining feature. They are doing this weird thing where they walk up slowly, then speed up just in time to get melted.
But isn't it advantageous for them? I mean less time for their support units to come, like lurkers here, if they started running from the start, they would be dead by the time lurkers come in

The Archons are nowhere near as good as BW Archons. They are particularly weak to Hydra dps when something is tanking for them and Roaches do that just fine.
last battle with the marines and liurker remembered me a old sc1 mode about lurks vs marines micro and u had to kill the enemy lurker as a marine and not getting killed by dodging the lurkers imapalers atk

Aoe on their normal attack, but... Something is definitely not right 40 (+60 vs structure), +4(+5 vs structure) per upgrade, supposedly 2 hits per attack, that should mean it one-shots hydra. 90/(52-3) = less than 2. I think odin for whatever reason has a single attack, while regular thor has 2, super weird.
I find it really amusing how you need to quintuple the amount of units fighting the Odin ENTIRELY because of it's ability. That thing regularly melts through like 60% of the entire enemy force, making the actual fight often way smaller than 1000 units vs some Odins. It's not just hilarious to watch the slaughter, but also really shows how inaccurate to "real" gameplay this mod is, though it does make for fun showings.
That last fight could be interesting if done with War pigs instead of marines. Would love to see fights of Mercenaries VS odds that we know their standard counterparts aren't able to handle.
2/4. Protoss suffer against popular comps without zealot. Odin vs Zerg is a freebie, but lurkers was much closer than I thought. Zergling didn’t surround enough for lurker’s line area to be efficient, but they still pulled through. Immo’s could have done a bit better if they killed roaches while archon tried to reach behind for hydras, but archons can only tank for so long. I knew Mauraders are armored and the enemy was anti light, but I thought colossi were good enough. They weren’t.
3/4. Odin versus hydras was pretty easy all things considered. Hydras aren't particularly good against regular thors, and the odin is bigger and better in every possible way, as well as the barrage cannons just invalidating gigantic numbers of units. Adept collosi is very heavy on the anti light, but is pretty fragile. Marine marauder has the light marine who can put out a good amount of DPS, but will die quickly, and the armoured marauder, who will not die quickly and can smash collosi if they get to them. A close battle but not a guessing game. Archons are anti bio, Immortals are anti armoured, both are decent at tanking. Roaches are anti armoured, but are bio armoured units. Hydras put out good DPS, and are light. The roaches get shredded but they do take out all the archons, and then the Immortals do badly against the hydras. MVPs were definitely those few roaches on the left side who obliterated a few Immortals who were busy trying to kill hydras. I don't care i lost this one, rooting for the muhrines was fun.
Kinda interested in mirror upgrade matches. Like 100 marines 0/3 against 100 marines 3/0. Which will win - armor or weapon? Or will it be so close, that it is basically a draw?
I mean that's basically useless if the attack/armour scaling is the same, ie for marine it would basically be the same as putting 0/0s against 0/0 or 3/3 against 3/3, it's the same either way
Eeeh, 2/4. I thought those adepts would hold out a bit longer to hold off the marauders. Also thought those lurkers would be too late to do anything, but they came in clutch there.
Adept hp is high, but a few marine hits + tanky marauders dealing 13 damage pre-armor, and that many of them, with that few adepts... no way. Now, if that resource advantage was spent on 2 more colossi... maybe.
I can't help but wonder how much better Marines + Marauders would have done against Adept + Colossus if the tanky Marauders were out front, instead of having the Marines just soak the Colossus shots. I also wonder if maybe Archons and Immortals would have won if Hydras were in front, not the Roaches.

Easy-ish 4/4, except that last one nearly giving me a heart attack. Hydras lose unless they have a tanking line, Tra hates 'toss, and Marines hate Lurkers. Badda-bing, badda-boom.
I tried predicting one more time and it worked perfectly, but very close calls, 4/4 Odin aoe is absolutely disgusting, period While marines melt into the adept-colossus line easily, marauders are a whole 'nother thing however. I wanted to root for the archons & immortals, there are way too many roaches to handle backed with healthy supply of hydra dps While I wanted to also root for marines, lurkers are a whole 'nother thing as well, albeit a very close one. Distracting less than half of marines for lurkers to pelt on really made the difference
3/4 Odin splash mhmm Man Adepts suck worse than I thought in a straight fight with no micro Bad matchups for protoss, although closer than I expected. Hydras gud DpS when have meatshield. Lurkers murdered those weakened marines, though so much closer than I expected!
Half and half 1) its the odin. Nuff said 2) marauders fuck up ar.ored. that gave em the edge vs those colossi once the adepts were outta the way 3) honestly i was expecting toss to win forgetting that roaches dont really care for the archons bonus damage 4) i really thought the marines would won.... to be fair it was a REAL close one and the bonus damage vs lights of the lurkers gave em the edge at the tail end..... just BARELY though

You can very often accurately guess who's going to win based on cost in these videos.
