- The Annual Spring Meet in May 2023 at the Sacramento Valley Live Steamers Railroad Museum in Rancho Cordova, California. The Sacramento Valley Live Steamers Railroad Museum has been operating trains for 50 years in Hagan Community Park. The main line is over 6,300 feet with many sidings and several yards. The railroad also features wooden trestles, a 40-foot truss bridge as well as a girder deck bridge. The track is 7 1/2" and 4 3/4" gauge.

It's been a while since I've gone to see the SVLS operate. This video makes me wish I could have been there to see this event.
How does one run the cab forward? Are the controls run via RC from the tender by chance?
I believe the controls are via cables with a sensor to indicate water level.
Be nice if you guys are able to do operations; deliver commodities to industries. How bout a small yard!! LOL!!
