Here are some snippets for my diet : - Early Morning 4:45am starts with warm water with lemon & honey then 10-15min walk. - 5:20am I used to go to gym where I do weight trainings with medium weight and 10-15mi n cardio. - Before going to office, I take breakfast 2 brown bread stuffed with raw vegetables & amul toned milk 1 glass without sugar. @8:00am - @11am black coffee without milk & without sugar. -@1:30pm lunch with 2 indian roti and sabzi some times I replaced with cutting raw vegetables beans, rajma etc. then 15min walk. - evening @4:30pm black coffee. - @9pm dinner with 2 roti + sabzi + lassi some times boiled daal, dalia etc. please guide me for proper replacement of food as per macro required for training.
