Ghana is truly lovely. Armata season though is very hard to endure. The people are one of a kind, so loving and open minded. I love their english accent and i even got used to speaking like a Ghanian (after about a year) to name some: Fada (Father), Mada (Mother), Brada (Brother), afome (as for me). Love Ghana all the way from Ethiopia 😍😍😍.

You (if you are less than 30yrs old) were probably not born back then. I was a kid who moved out there with my fam and had fond memories. And had friends named Aje and Ata but lost contact.

"Akwaaba"? That's an Akan language and there are over 70 Ghanaian languages. Why are you being tribalistic? Miss Trudy is not Akan nor is Akan the official language of Ghana. The capital city, Accra, is not Akan land either. So stop giving foreigners the impression that Akan is an official language. Welcome. English is a neutral language maintained (for now) to prevent tribal conflicts.

Here in the U.S., the test I took took 5 days to get the results! They only did a nose swab, too. 20 minutes or 2 days doesn't sound bad in comparison. I've heard there are faster tests here now and even at-home tests, but the jury is still out on how reliable any of their results are. Anyway, glad to see you made it through safely. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your trip. I miss Ghana so much!
