  • We just install the Lund racing tune on our 2019 Mustang GT. I was starting to get bored of the stock power level of my 2019 Mustang GT, so what better way to add a bit more power than with the Lund Racing tune.
    I went with the Lund racing tune with 93 octane but I plan to try out the E85 tune as well from the Lund. 2018+ Mustang GTs with the Gen 3 coyote motors respond well to E85 and best of it there is no other mods needed!

    Hey, just noticed your interior and the 401A pckg, I asked about S550 vs S650 on your last video and I’m wondering do you like the infotainment and dash better in your premium s550 or do you like the new s650 interior more?

    • @Red5oh
      @Red5oh  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I think I prefer the dash of S550 over S650 as the digital dash has some depth in S550 whereas S650 look like a tablet. Also with S650 you’ll notice while the screen is big, not all of it is actually so you have some dead space. As for the sync4/infotainment screen, S650 is much better

      I think power wise probably 15rwhp or so. But in normal mode (D selector) it’s a lot more responsive. Think of sport mode throttle response without constant rev match downshifting that Sport mode does. I can definitely feel the difference from 3k rpm onwards. Pulls strong all the way to redline! I recommend it for drivability alone

    • @sst6555
      @sst6555 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I would get that in writing; Ford could tune also for more power; but they purposely tune for longevity, powertrain durability, and mileage has to be considered as well, as they will have thousands of cars out there and cannot have early warranty claims coming in for early engine failures, Don't think the company would willingly take back transmissions if they know engine mod's , including tuners, have been implemented,.

      people need to research E85 fuel for their specific car; an E85 tune is important as generally need to move more fuel volume thru injectors than regular fuel, so injectors, fuel rail, pumps may need changes to prevent lean mixtures and engine damage, also higher alcohol fuel is corrosive, so some fuel components like pumps need to be E85 compatible, and car needs hardened valve seats or the will have shorter life. Manufacturers spend a couple hundred extra to revise engine and fuel system to E85 compatible.
