- As promised when we hit 2000 subscribers on the channel I ordered the tune for my 2019 Mustang gt pp1. I ended up going with the lund 93 octane tune with an ngauge as I was lucky enough to be able to get my hands on one of the last ngauges available. I see in your mods all you have is a cat back exhaust. Does your butt dyno feel a big difference with the tune on 93 octane? Will you also be using e85?
@@mattjones1378 ill be going e85 eventually. You can definitely feel the difference. Transmission shifts way different as well. It's probably more noticeable than the hp gains

Congrats on the Lund Tune! Hey Man I Removed my AWE Touring catback and got a new Corsa Extreme catback with black tips put on my 2018 mustang GT today, Man what a Difference between these 2 catbacks !!! The Awe is More Full and Round and Deep Old School Muscle car tone and the Corsa is More Agressive and metallic and high pitch and cutting in Tone when you Step on the gas, I think I made the Right choice by going back to the Corsa Extreme it puts More Smiles on my Face when I drive my Car :) :) :) Peace OUT~

Not sure how much hp it gained but you can definitely feel the difference. And the transmission is so smooth
Why am I always seeing "93" tune thrown around. I've never seen 93 at a gas station. It's either 87 89 91 diesel or e85. Please explain.

How do you keep your car from shutting off while you’re reading your stock tune or flashing the new tune and what happens if it does turn off? That,s the only part I am worried about atm haha
The tune flashes fast enough that it shouldn't shut off
Where did you get it from and how much did it cost
Ordered from wmsracing.com out of Calgary. It was $920 Canadian before tax. If you want a flex or e85 tune with it I believe it's another 300 on top
So where you bought the nGauge
Your most likely going to have to purchase one from an individual as most places no longer have one. The company died off around 2020
I just picked up an NGauge, JLT catch can and fordscan module for $60. The guy I got him from sold his Mustang so he just wanted to get rid of it

@@CanadianCruisin tell me about it. Tomorrow I’m picking up my magnaflow x-mod exhaust. I’m also getting it for less than half of the original cost. It’s a $3200 plus tax system!

The company is out of business now so they aren't making new ones. But if you can find anyone who has them in stock still they are still being supported by the tuners

I don’t have that cup piece can I buy that separately?
Yes. The suction cup mount is sold separately so you can get it after. I believe cjponyparts and American muscle have them for sale

ford have to prove the tune cause problème,that was my first question to the dealer when I receive my PP2 in novembrer !!! The Warranty maybe I have a good dealer ...I whant to install headers tune etc..🤞
I've heard through a couple people here one dealer is pretty good with warranty on modded vehicles so I should be ok if anything happens. Hopefully it doesn't come to that point though lol

I was thinking of getting a Lund racing tune on my 2019 premium PP1 GT. I noticed that the rpms are locked at 5000 when revving on a stock active exhaust. Will the tune open up the rpms as well? Cuz my friend has a base 2015 GT and his rpms are not locked even though it is bone stock.
I haven't been anywhere to rev it up yet but I will check the next time I'm in the car and let you know. I'm curious myself now.

How much HP would you say you gained from the 93 octane tune?
I'm planning on getting her on the dyno again soon but I'm not expecting a massive jump with just the 93 tune. You feel a huge difference in the throttle response and shifts in the car though.
I wish another company would of bought n Ngauge.. damn EPA and govt.. another company down the road..
I have a feeling all the Karen's of the world are going to be a huge problem with the car scene very soon.
@@CanadianCruisin yeah I agree. I talked to Lund yesterday and they won’t tune out headers now either cause of this garbage, so if you want headers you get to stare at the check engine lights now.. shit is lame
