Mizuno wave flash , and brooks hyp max caught my eye .......might wait for the deviate nitro3 as i love the 2.
Dude forget to mention WEIGHT in every Pair, which is MOST important attribute. Over 9.0 OZ for size 10 not really interested.
Finally got the hyp max and the heel cutout was weird during the warmup since I tend to heel strike, but once I got into tempo speeds, it felt great. Like the additional stack compared to an old pair of hyperion tempo which was too narrow. Looks like Saucony is trying to make the speed more of a daily trainer with that padding and wider base, it looks like an easy day shoe. Subtly pushing folks towards the elite and pro.

Mizuno Wave Flash looks interesting. I'm glad they are holding the price down to the Boston 12/Deviate Nitro 2 level. I've stayed away from the Mizuno trainers because of the high drops but, with that rocker, I'll guess that the drop will be lower. The Hyperion Max 2 looks interesting, too. I don't have any issues with V1 so far but a touch softer would be OK and probably appeal to a wider audience. I am going to try to get the V1 over 100 miles asap because I'm curious if the foam will soften a bit.
I think the Magic Speed 3 needs some FF Turbo.

I have some bad news for you... that DNA Flash foam does not soften up 😂 also yeah Hyperion max 2 and flash 2 are top of my list for 2024. Mach x 2 also hasn't gotten a lot of buzz but I'm excited for it as a long run shoe from that huge stack of PEBA we're now getting
Magic Speed 4 does indeed have Turbo. I didn't see the shoe nor touch it, but the asics semi-secret catalog says it's got the foam. This was the booklet without prices that I imagine is for retailers to have. I think it's several months out still.
@@brianway4240 Thanks. Good guess on my part. I'd like to see Asics trickle down the FF Turbo to other shoes the way Saucony has.

Yeah, I think we're seeing various brands taking a super foam that's originally in maybe 1 shoe then it ends up in a wide spectrum eventually. I'm glad I got a look at that not-for-consumer catalog or I would have thought MS 4 would be similar to 3. It seems Brooks H Max 2, Saucony ES, and asics MS are all similar to their race shoes at least in foam.
What is the release date/price of Endorphin Speed 4?

why you don't talk about the deviate nitro 2 in comparisons , they are also in the "plated trainers" category i guess .
Watch to the end. Deviate Nitro 3 is under embargo still.
@@sunnlands yes , but i'm talking about the version 2 which is already out , when comparing the upcoming shoes to the speed 3 its also helpful to mention how do they compare to the nitro 2 .
