B12. It was on sale for 50% off. Unbeatable.
Gosh! This video is exactly what I was looking for. I thought the two shoes had nothing to do one with another, but there you were. I’m having a hard time on deciding which one I’m buying. Thanks a lot for the comparison, it helped a lot!
I tried rebellion flash 2 and pro 1. Energy return of flash 2 is just slightly less than pro 1, but flash 2 gives geeater stability
In the Boston 12 and Pro 3 I am a half size down.. With the Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro V1 I am a half size up...
Really wanted to try the Mizuno RF 2 out but my size sold out in seconds at RW. Love my Boston 12 (after 20-30 miles of break in miles 😂)
Around where I live, it's hard to only stay on the road, and the Boston handles it all like a dream!! Of course I don't take them when I do predominantly trails but they easily handle those wonderful mixed long long runs and exploring new routes, as long as it's not a mudfest obviously!! AGREE that it really speaks highly of the Rebellion Flash 2 to compare so well with the Boston 12!!
I use the Boston 12 for offroad and recovery runs.
Does the Rebellion Flash 2 run true to size?
Love the Boston and really want to try the Flash 2, just worried about the drop. I do well with 8mm, can get away with 6.5 for long runs and stuff as long as I make sure to focus on recovery afterwards, 5mm I can do for maybe a 5k but I'm sore, but a .5mm feels like my achilles will explode just thinking about it
It is listed as 0.5mm drop because it was measured with heel bevel. Its actually feels more like 6-8mm drop.
The energy return in the the Mizuno Wave Rebellion Pro V1 is amazing. How is the bounce in the Flash?
The Japanese reviewer with Conner from RW states that the Flash 2 feel is the same as the Pro 1.
He said the bounce is VERY good in the flash! Im going to try it out!
Is the outsole on the flash the same super tacky/grippy one that’s on the rebellion pro?
I’ve heard nothing but great things about that outsole since it debut in the Rebellion pro 1.
This one is a little different. It is more of a traditional rubber. The racing model should still keep that outsole pattern.
No comparison. I have both shoes (IMHO), the Mizuno Wave Rebellion Flash 2 is way more comfortable and forgiving underfoot, with better energy return. Not that I don't like the Boston 12, but after going for a run in the Rebellion Flash 2, I could see where Adidas needs to improve if you want to compare it with this shoe.
Hi, do you think the midfoot and also the forefoot are wider in the Mizuno? I heard people who has wide foot returning the Boston due to the narrow midfoot. Thanks
Hi, I'd appreciate it if you could share with us the fit of the Flash 2 compared to the Boston 12. Thank you very much!
@@adoitube fit for the Rebellion Flash 2 is true to size. The toe box is slightly narrow if you have a wide foot, but it fits better for me than the Boston 12. The Rebellion Flash 2 is also a lot easier to get on, and the lacing system is much better than the Boston 12.
@r.cordis8251 it fits better for me than the Boston 12, and feels more comfortable once you start running.
Same to me! I loved the Boston 11 but the 12 is a bad sensation 🥹 Love the Mizuno Flash2 so far!
