The dummies coming out of Moss Bros windows in @1970 was scary. I remember the doll in that episode being mentioned in the newspapers as it scared kids more than any other 'Who monsters'. Certainly freaked me out as a young boy.
One of scariest memories ...of my childhood used to walk by large window in town just like. It...always thought 🤔 I am sure one of these dummies moved ....

Oh boy you've missed a lot. Heres some Doctor Who lore to fill you in. The Great Old Ones existed in the pre-Universe and had mastered the art of hopping dimensions. At the end of their universe, most likely caused by the Cataclysm (the entrapment of the Beast in Krop Tor), they found the new universe in a baby-like state. Taking advantage of its weakness, they clambered in as fast as they could and brought about the Dark Ages and the Carrionites, and likely the Gallifreyans too. After the Big Bang and Event One of N-Space they hid and very, very, very occasionally came out to wreak their havoc. They have shown up as: Hastur the Unspeakable as Fenric Yog-Sothoth as The Great Intelligence Shub-Niggurath as herself :D As well as many others, including but not limited to: Cthulhu, Nodens, Nyarlathotep, and the Celestial Toymaker! (remember him?)
In an episode of this series you should do an episode about the complete timeline of the doctor who universe/universes starting from before the big bang and ending after the new universe was formed and you could do it as the final episode of this series

amethyst_ not in any official capacity but the cybermen from the alternate universe weren't connected to the classic cybermen. And you've gotta admit the way they do their thing is similar enough that even if there aren't connected its still worth talking about.

The moonbase cybermen had plastic organ boxes on them. It would be interesting to see a Auton/cyber hybrid.

They are not connected in any way to Shub or the Nestenes.
