Two things that I did not expect: The level of brain fog after surgery and that for me sitting and even lying down after a while were uncomfortable. Since standing was the most comfortable position for me (and urinary and large intestine functions worked just fine right from the beginning) I found myself standing for way longer than I thought would be normal (and doing very light sweeping way more often than I normally do) when everyone is telling you to rest. I sense that it served me well now that I'm over 3 weeks out - still not lifting anything heavy but now can bend over much more easily and feel stronger day by day. Thank you for the videos!
My sister had oophorectomy 3 months ago..but noticed pain in abdomen and went for scan....diagnosed with scar endometriosis in 1scan and granulation tissue in another scan...please explain..
I was hoping for some tips during the 6 - 8 week mark and there was no tips. I to appreciate all the other tips. I am currently 4 weeks post a laparoscopic robot assisted subtotal hysterectomy
@@sandra9721 I too at 4 weeks post robotic radical hysterectomy. And I too am interested in what types of exercises can be done at four weeks and continue on till eight weeks would like some specifics.
People get it done for many reasons so you’re incorrect here. I have adenomyosis and PCOS. About to have a full hysterectomy done pretty soon. Don’t ever say it’s not necessary

And you wonder why you can't get well.....
Today modern technology no need to do this sick surgery
This surgery saves lives either by removing/preventing cancer or by stopping severe painful heavy periods.

Believing in that type of logic causes more suffering.
