Have you missed final dialogue with Frank, where Crow's character specifically states how Frank is dangerous because of what he represents - a colored sucessful businessman(even though the business is criminal)? It was precicely used to highlight discriminatory spirit of that time, and what contributed to the demise of the Frank

      However, Frank Lucas was still one of the main drug suppliers in New York City and as I stated before, his heroin was purer than the average.
