  • One of the most common questions asked about the highly effective enzyme nattokinase is whether it contains soy. This enzyme was originally discovered in natto food, a traditional Japanese dish made from fermented soy. Dietary supplement forms of this enzyme are derived from a fermentation process containing several components, including soy. However, "derived from" and "contains" are two completely different things. Tune in as I explain exactly how this enzyme is made, and what the final product contains. #nattokinase #nongmo #hearthealth #circulation

Hi, Danny. I'm a new viewer/subscriber. I like to eat my nutrients and I especially like to ferment foods to consume. My questions for you are . . .
Can I get a beneficial dose of nattokinase by eating homemade natto?
What quantity of homemade natto would provide a dosage of nattokinase compable to the products you recommend?
Thank you for your efforts to teach us.

How can you tell if a particular Nattokinase has been tested for residual soy?

So can natokinase theoretically be made from others beans? I saw one supplement that said from fermented chickpeas.

Is Dr’s Best a good brand for Nattokinase?

I like the brand because it’s very affordable, but with the affordability comes some excipient ingredients I don’t care for like Maltodextrin and Magnesium Stearate.

well it would have been helpful if you talked about the nattokinase benefits, usage and some basic information as to what it is as a supplement and a food compound instead of how is made...
