But she just blew me away in this movie. (I hadn't realized Lin-Manuel Miranda was involved in the movie but I asked around during "Surface Pressure" because I swear the music sounded like his. This song sealed it and I looked it up for confirmation. LOL
I just realised that at the part where they have the umbrellas out in the wedding scene, the umbrellas are red, blue and yellow (🔴🔵🟡). The movie is based on Colombian culture and the Colombian flag has the colours red, blue and yellow(🇨🇴) on it. So the umbrellas' colours are in the same order as they are in the flag. I just think it's a nice symbolic way to hint to Colombia.
They actually recorded all of their lines in completely different places so when it's all being mixed at the end it makes you appreciate it a little more.

Definitely recommend watching the song-along/lyric version of this that Disney put out for the soundtrack. Gives a better idea of who is singing what at the end, and there’s an interesting overlap between Dolores and Isabela (the girl with the whispered rap (voiced by Adassa) and the flower girl (voiced by Diane Guerrero)). 😃
