I would probably use a basic flour just in case anyone in my family is allergic to almonds. I have a strange family. 😅 These look so yummy! Also your tank is lovely! This reminded me of those stcks with chocolate/strawberry or matcha cream on the ends Pocky . Would you be able to recrsate those ? Love your videos . THANK YOU 💕
Egg yolk contains natural oil, which makes gives more delicate crispiness for the cookies. I like it better although the difference is not that huge! It also colors better in the oven.

Hope you’ll like it! The type of cookies are called “tuiles”. It’s very light, crispy and buttery.
