    Hi Aditya, I m living in Abroad and I was searching since so long for step wise guidance of Suryanamaskara and I found your channel. This is the best explanation so far. I have started doing and I can feel the difference. Best part of the video is that You guide us how to breath in and out with the all 12 steps. Sometimes if I do it myself I forget the breath pattern and sometimes wrong steps and posture But this videos solves all my problems and also I feel like I hv company while doing Namaskaara. Thank You so so much.

    Hi I am working person cant do this in the morning as it has to be done empty stomach, could you please reply which other time we can do or after how many hours after we ate our lunch till I come from work, if i do in the evening after work. Or empty stomach is must for this exercise.

    We have do yoga after drinking water or before drinking water in the morning, as of now I'm doing after drinking water
