Millets are good breakfast doc (Cholam, Ragi etc). Noodles can be made at home by getting whole grain noodles which are readily available in the market (Big no for instant noodles though) along with all veggies (like chowmein type).

milk without sugar or syrup aan nallath..bakshanam 2 to 3 hours koodumbol kayikkan sharmikkuka.. ( 5 to 6 times a day)
