When Levitation asked, “Who Do you want to see on a Levitations Session?” It’s was a no brainer. It’s been 5 years since the band dropped its, in my opinion, masterpiece in ‘Fuzz II.’ In the mist of social economic chaos and climate destruction, the world needed this. Thank you to all at Levitation. - Jeaux Diego
@@danielcarter3928 II is a great album in that it stands out from 1 & 3, which follow a similar formula. The first album is one of my favorite albums of all time, the 2 sides of the record are so well paced, it's truly an album's album. 3 copied this formula almost to a T. II is especially important because it's when Chad joined the fold :)
you all probably dont give a damn but does anybody know of a method to get back into an instagram account?? I stupidly lost my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me!
I love watching them play live so much. They’re one band that you can tell is just having a great time. I especially love how Ty just looks over at Charles any time one of them messes up, and they just share a laugh.
Always an Inter fan, I will never forget when Adriano was introduced. After R9 I thought it would never happen again, but he was just magical in his prime. The streets will never forget Adriano.
First time hearing these so took a dive into their other stuff! Really really enjoy it! Pick up a lot of subtle flavours of Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. So glad I clicked on the link!
@@samwarren5025 Yeah, I need to check out his stuff (I mean, I HAVE checked out his stuff, I should say I mean to start buying some of his records!), he's done stuff with John Dwyer and I think he puts out records on Castle Face Records, iirc? Cheers dude!
Im not the biggest fan of this genre, but this sounds sooo good. Its like, the things you supposedly like versus good music. Like I didnt know the drummer was Ty even so no positive prejudices or whatever. I dont know I guess "good" music does exist and is not related to what you like personally, is what Im trying to say? Drop me some opinions on this, Id love thAt, and excuse my treating this comment section like it aint youtube :)
because he uses dissonance very tastefully, and hes very aware of his sound.. and he uses tonality very organically. in the way he plays guitar as well as how he hits the drums, everything is so deliberate and full of attitude regardless of effects or anything... its just about "touch"

Ty's a monster
1:46 riff is golden
yo that kit sounds so fucking good
The fills across the snare and toms are next to orgasmic
it really is perfect isnt it.
Charlie is killing it with the delay
Hey dude, I've seen your Oh Sees cover before and wanted to say they are awesome
Ty really is a good drummer!
I love watching them play live so much. They’re one band that you can tell is just having a great time. I especially love how Ty just looks over at Charles any time one of them messes up, and they just share a laugh.
I love a band that doesn’t take themselves to seriously. It’s supposed to be FUN!!!
I love how Ty looks at Charles like "hey that sounded sick, now check this"
Tys voice sounds fucking fantastic atm
I have waited for a live version of this song for SIX YEARS. Did not disappoint.
Always an Inter fan, I will never forget when Adriano was introduced. After R9 I thought it would never happen again, but he was just magical in his prime. The streets will never forget Adriano.
Ty's vibing
Damn dude Ty was practicing in lockdown
You notice that too!! A true observant
god this is disgustingly good
0:39 .. i love this sound, it's a sound like a old vidéo game
This is great! Nice and heavy like Blue Cheer. Levitation is really awesome.
I love all things Ty but FUZZ is a big favorite. I'd also like to see Chad do some more Meatbodies.
You got your wish! New Meatbodies out September 3rd!!!!
Theyre touring now, meatbodied, ty sbd fuzz, w/CFM record on the way.
I don't know if anyone shreds quite like Charles these days. It's fuckin' COOL.
I agree, he's a great musician. Also all the music he puts out is really cool..
I am into this kind of music ( modern psych) and havent seen one that good
Isaiah Mitchell shreds
Acho o Charles Moothart um dos melhores guitarristas da nova geração.
Pena q mto pouco conhecido no Brasil! Ty tbm!
so tiiiiiiiiiiiight
Man i missed both portland shows due to covid… still haven’t seen fuzzz! Seeing Meatbodies next month again though! Keep shredding team!
Charlie is a god of guitar
This SLAPS
Dude....this slaps so hard. Levitation sets are always kick ass.
For anyone who's got a pair of studio monitors, this sounds so tight with the stereo spread! Shoutouts to the sound & video editing crew on this vid.
Ty looks so happy behind the kit.
Yeaaah
great drumming and i love those big picture boards on the stage I have never seen anything like that before.
I love how Ty hits those drums like he's disgusted with them!
That's called a marriage fuck. You look disgusted doing it but you still love to hit the shit out of it haha
EL REGRESO ♡
This freaking rocks!!!! These guys are having a blast! It’s so fun to watch
Brilliant, just brilliant and that mustang hooked up, Fack!
Well this is pretty great. Looks like Levitation is getting more of my money (again)
Worth it
Ty segall & freedom band just announced too, my thoughts exactly
What a riff!
best tune ive heard from a band since the view, pure quality
Can't wait for the full session :)
This is the best thing on TH-cam!!
First time hearing these so took a dive into their other stuff! Really really enjoy it! Pick up a lot of subtle flavours of Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin. So glad I clicked on the link!
Def some Deep Purple in there too
@@ravenkliff yes! Definitely! That's very true!
Subtle?
I hear a lot of early Blue Cheer from Charles' guitar playing. He also gives me Dave Chandler vibes from Saint Vitus.
Man what shall say. I pray to Fuzz
Holy shit, I was thinking like one week ago that it sucked we hadn't a good live recording of this song. Guess we do now
BADASS! RICKENBACKER AND SVT FOREVER! MAX VOLUME!!
Ty's voice flows kinda different when he's on drums
ever sing while drumming? hard to focus your breathing and your sustain in general i think it comes across great
Yea that's why i noticed, recently got into drums and to be able to sing i have to play a really basic beat
At the beginning his singing reminds me a bit of Jason Stollsteimer from The Von Bondies.
Maybe cuz it’s a different band and wants to have a different style? Food for thought.
@@JayareChasin Yeah there is plenty of things to consider. Personally I think it's cool for Ty to try different things on every project he's in.
Seeing Ty on drums is worth the price of admission! Bought my ticket and a poster for this show!!
What a ripper. See you in Denver
yoo wtf did he do with the guitar at 0:40???
Looks like he strummed really high up near the pickups while simultaneously hitting his delay pedal, such a cool move
First documented guitar queef
Must have a single tap delay? Unless I missed the double tap.
SoooGood
This is amazing and Sounds better than album version.
Me explota la cabeza
The drummer is the child of Bill Ward and Ozzy !!!
That's Ty Segall and he plays guitar better. You can tell he's not a "natural" drummer though he pulls it off really well.
@@chaosandcreation4118 he actually learned to play drums before guitar apparently
Awesome ! Sounds so good !
TE AMO TY U WERE GREAT AT HIPNOSIS
Blue Cheer ...?
Not enough people talking about 0:37
That was perfect! Even ty look at charles hahaha
Thank you for the replay button
Too good.
The heavyocity is deep
Behold; in all this splendor: Fuzz
I cannot fucking wait
Interesting to see Chad sporting the Smashing Pumpkins jumper.
I have pipe dreams of Billy sitting in on one of these shows.
First time seeing you guys, this is rad 🔥
ty seu bizarro
Esto va a reventar cabezas en HIPNOSIS 2021 🇲🇽
Tight
Great drummer
I have a psych rock band and we want to play in LEVITATION sessions !
Charlie is on the moon, epic

I’ve never seen anyone who plays drums sing pretty fucking impressive
Peep DFA1979

Buddy Miles is worth a look into as well.
Phil Collins

Scott Pilgrim is killing it on the bass
Excellent! Sounds a bit like Sundial.
Man this kicks some ass!!!!!
Isso é uma banda da porra
Ta ligado!
Sick!
FUCKIN AWESOME
around 3 minute mark is true masters of their craft letting loose!!!!
Blonde underground Jack White strikes again
Badass
it's 2021 outside but it's 1979 inside my TH-cam algorithm
fairly fucking SICK
Will this be available on their Bandcamp?
Best
Any idea how he does the delay without effing it up every time?
I thought this couldn't get any better ....THEN THE DRUMMER STARTED SINGING
His name is ty segall he has awesome solo stuff
@@samwarren5025 Yeah, I need to check out his stuff (I mean, I HAVE checked out his stuff, I should say I mean to start buying some of his records!), he's done stuff with John Dwyer and I think he puts out records on Castle Face Records, iirc? Cheers dude!
tasty as ever, goddamn

Where is Roger Daltrey? He should sing the song

wont be long now till we have a band of all tys.. the tech is close.. may already be in trials..
Folks, when this pandemic ends, we are going to be in the pit.
Fuck yeah. Killet
Fuck, for a minute there i fell into 1973. Kinda sad to be back.
What year is it? 👍
I could tell the drummer was the singer because they were mostly showing him.
does anyone have tabs for this ?
U can get by your ears, its easy and you can see him playing
Take me back to psych fest.
