Do you have a restaurant??? If so what’s the name of it cause I’ll be in Cali in the morning and i love supporting our people but anyone who can cook good like that
I love Rice very much. I can eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only change I did was to wash the rice couple of times to get rid of extra starch and stickiness.
Gonna make this! I always add my spices before I add my liquid though and let them cook until they become fragrant. Really helps to bring out the flavors more b
Broski…watching you prepare and cook these meals…has turned me into a pretty good burner boy in the kitchen! I did not know I can cook like that at all!! I’m not bad!!…Thank you my guy!…keep me learning!! Yessuh!!💯❤️🔥❤️🔥
DJ i can relate. I never cooked unless it involved a microwave or a Doordash Driver, but this has motivated me to take on the kitchen. I've gladly taken on the roll of cook in the house now!
Love the LA hat. I’m a USC Trojan who was raised in AZ, lived in LA for 10 years, then Orange County for 20 plus years and moving to NC soon. So I love southern cooking
Im 65 and now enjoy cooking for my wife - have made several of yours and really anyone can make anything with a recipe (and patience) - will make this next week - looks great sir--thanks!!!
Just made this is it is 🔥🔥🔥 I made some cornbread to go with it and that was all she wrote! A glass of peach tea on ice and I’m a happy lady. Thanks for sharing this! I’m excited to find my groove making this dish and adding my own spin to it.
I made this from the short so i missed a couple of things. Found the whole video at 20 minutes cooking time and still had time to add a couple of things. It was soooo good, but i realized i also forgot the dressing mix I'd bought. I heated it separately and added it at the end. Maaaaaan! 🤌🏾😋 My husband and i LOVED it!
AB I love your channel! I’m new to cooking. I wasn’t taught how to go growing up but I’ve been using your recipes for pot blessings and everyone loves them! You’re awesome!
I loved this video so much, I made your recipe just like the video and it was so good and authentic. Thanks for showing this Caucasian how to make the best dirty rice. I’ve made a few different recipes but yours is my favorite by far! I love creole food I could eat it everyday.
💫 Mr. Brown, you are a sage in the kitchen (pun intended). Your solid recipes and techniques have leveled me up on both my indoor and outdoor kitchens over the past few years. Thanks for all you AND your crew do. Thank you, Chef! 👊
this summer when the kids are home, I'll make this (again!) with corn on the cob and some hot wings, cherry coke and sweet tea to drink. not sure about dessert - banana pudding, beignets or maybe some of your bourbon peach cobbler (my daughter will make the cobbler for me ;-)
I love watching your videos! I'm vegan and I have "veganized" so many of your recipes and they never disappoint! All have been delicious and my family requests your recipes daily! Thank you for the inspiration!
Whats the difference between the Creole and the Cajun? I love Creole Kick and thank you for the recommendation (at least a year ago). I would love to see more Cajun and/or Creole recipes! Thanks for all you do to get these videos ready for us!
Debbie, I love both, but for me Cajun has more of a kick. Not sure if anyone else has the same effect, but I prefer it on some dishes over kreole kick.
AB, if you love garlic, you need to make St. Louis Style Fried Rice. Has a lot of garlic in it and I’m sure you will love it. I use sweet soy sauce with regular. Amazing.
im from Louisiana and down here we use chicken gizzards and anything else used for the meat beef/pork etc is called "rice dressing", i know its different every where just wanting to know if you ever heard of that? great video
We made the Creole version after watching your Cajun Dirty Rice video. We enjoyed it so much a meal because it has the Italian sausage in it, we shared it with co-workers and family, it was a HIT! Thank you once again for sharing the wonderful recipe! I enjoyed your video! ☮💕
What? Y'all made the Krèolé version?! We Foundational Black-American LaLwizyàn Kréyòlites (Louisiana Krèolés) created dirty rice down here in Louisiana, So what are you even talking about?!
@DaKreyolite504 Hello, I hope this message finds you well. What I am saying in other words is that our local stores did not carry the Cajun spices AB had in his video, we just had to make do with what we could find in our local stores, that is why we had to resort to the Creole spices we found instead. No disrespect to Louisiana. We just had to make do with what we had available. If we are ever lucky enough to find the right Cajun spice, we will use it in the recipe. If not, we can always fly back to Louisiana and buy it there.
I would try it both ways, Cajun and the creole. It can definitely be a stand alone meal but I would add some lobster and shrimp or crab cakes. I know I'm a weird eater.
A.B. thanks for sharing . Your dirty rice recipe . I have always ate it with chicken liver . Have to try it with the sausage . God Bless You And Family.😊
I love dirty rice. I have not have it since we moved to the north. I’m sure I’m going to make this, with fried chicken. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
Hey 🆎 That looks divine & belly rubbing. I can’t handle too much spice so I’d do both spicy & mild. I’d could eat that with some cornbread or as a side with some fried fish, chicken or shrimp.
I love how you use Italian pork sausage instead of ground beef! So much flavor, I am going to try this, spaghetti, and your breakfast biscuits & gravy casserole soon.
Chicken livers and pork liver is the real deal but for it to b creole it gotta have stewed tomatoes. But this is a great alternative that everyone should enjoy. Not everyone likes liver lol. Great vid as always my guy.
I just made this, added a can of drained kidney beans and when I put in the chicken stock I added some of that Jamaican jerk seasoning paste in with it, took it to a whole new level! Delicious and so simple, thank you.
Idk the difference between creole and Cajun but I definitely want a tiny bit of spice. It doesn't need to be spicy but seasoned. Like Tony's... Thinking of making this tomorrow but I may use the jimmy dean hot sausage roll.
Was definitely iffy about the Italian sausage but OMG this is so good I mixed ground beef pork breakfast sausage and Italian sausage my first time I'm making this a lot I made chicken to go with it and I don't even want the chicken I'm literally just eating this
I`m a new fan of your channel and I have watched over a dozen of your videos. And so I have just one question. Do you ever use mushrooms when cooking? Because so far I havent seen you use them, and I REALLY fell that mushrooms would be a great addition to this recipe in particular! Ok, I dont to over talk it....
AB, fantastic as always. Pot emptied an they wanted more. Q: What type of pot used here? Nonstick Casserole or enameled Cast Iron 3.8oz or higher. Pls Advise, thx
I am so happy I saw this video, for many years I thought dirty rice was made with ground liver that’s what i heard back in the 70s , that’s why I never wanted to try it, I am not into the organs meats being in my meals . But I will try making dirty rice with ground chuck with ground polish sausage for added flavor. Hay AB ✋🏽 try the grape kool aid with the lemon kool aid mixed together now that’s Kool Aid. 🥤🔥

Perfect timing! I’m doing cauliflower rice and had no idea how to season it.
Gotta make it this way!
Creole, every time! That's how to season cauliflower! :)
Superior dirty rice like I've never seen before, gonna make that recipe today. Thank you for the recipe
Love the LA hat. I’m a USC Trojan who was raised in AZ, lived in LA for 10 years, then Orange County for 20 plus years and moving to NC soon. So I love southern cooking

Recipes are always great! Creole style with fried wings and a cold sweet tea!
Enjoy!
Just made this is it is 🔥🔥🔥 I made some cornbread to go with it and that was all she wrote! A glass of peach tea on ice and I’m a happy lady. Thanks for sharing this! I’m excited to find my groove making this dish and adding my own spin to it.
I usually put the shrimp in the rice at the very end of cooking. Brings another depth of flavor.
I made this from the short so i missed a couple of things. Found the whole video at 20 minutes cooking time and still had time to add a couple of things. It was soooo good, but i realized i also forgot the dressing mix I'd bought. I heated it separately and added it at the end. Maaaaaan! 🤌🏾😋
My husband and i LOVED it!
This was DELICIOUS!!!! I made it with regular hot sausage instead of Italian sausage. And used it as a side dish.
I made this today using quinoa and it didn’t disappoint!
I made this recipe, and it came out excellence. My family love this recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, I haven’t had dirty rice in a long time and I never thought about using Italian sausage and it looks like you’re using spicy! Looks good🙏🏽😋

My hubby likes one dish meals so that’s what I’ll do … of course I’ll use the KICK … it’s now a staple in my kitchen ‼️
I love watching your videos! I'm vegan and I have "veganized" so many of your recipes and they never disappoint! All have been delicious and my family requests your recipes daily! Thank you for the inspiration!
I finally bought one of those meat tools and a wooden spatula, they work great!! Thanks
I falled your recipe turned out amazing altho I did alter on the meat and used Chorizo in place of the sausage
I will try this recipe for my family. All of your recipes that I have tried were fantastic!!!
This sure changes what my mom did growing up. Thanks for sharing, AB.
I’ll go both ways so happily, I am so lucky that my mother cook it because we are from the south

Just made this recipe for the SECOND time… mmm, mmm, MMM! Delish! Thank you!
AB, if you love garlic, you need to make St. Louis Style Fried Rice. Has a lot of garlic in it and I’m sure you will love it. I use sweet soy sauce with regular. Amazing.

Grape kool-aid is everything! That rice looks so good

Cooked to perfection!😋

I made this when you did it in the other kitchen. I need to make it again! So good with just about anything. I usually use Riley's Cajun Seasoning.
I just made this, added a can of drained kidney beans and when I put in the chicken stock I added some of that Jamaican jerk seasoning paste in with it, took it to a whole new level! Delicious and so simple, thank you.
That sounds good! I’m gonna add kidney beans today since I’m making this again.
Living in Canada, I have never had dirty rice. However I am going to make it, it looks delicious. I would serve it with Shrimp.
This was so good Thank you! Now I need a homemade cornbread recipe to go with this 👀
AB you nailed this one. I’m a big fan!
