16 oz. penne pasta
2 chicken breast
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. 1 tsp dry parsley
1/2 paprika
1/2 tsp. old bay
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 small onion
1/2 medium size belle pepper
4 oz. diced tomatoes
2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp garlic 4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Keep up the great work. When I was very young I moved to another state away from mom and grandma. My wife and I were very young she didn't know how to cook either. Keep at it though- try to learn a new recipe once a week. I can almost make anything now without a recipe book.

usually i don’t comment on recipes, but i NEED TO for this one. let me just say, this was the best pasta i’ve ever made. i made it for me and my dad just now and we loved it. it was SO creamy, me and my dad wanted seconds! you need to try this. i usually eyeball seasoning but i recommend using the correct measurements for the best result.

did you use the exact amount of ingredients listed when you made it? or did you have to x2 to feed your entire family? I want to make this for mine but idk if i need more than was listed.

This recipe is THE BOMB 💥💥💥. I tweaked it a little being that I forgot the cream cheese. Instead of the cream cheese I added mozzarella & Parmesan, mixed up the chicken and pasta in a baking pan, topped it off with more cheese and melted it in the oven. So good ! Thanks a lot 🙌🏾🧀

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made this recipe for my family! My husband loves it. Honestly it’s typical to see recipes use Parmesan, but I love that this calls for cream cheese instead. It makes this so much more unique!❤

Okay, wow, this is THE most delicious cajun chicken pasta recipe I've tried!! Just made it for dinner and hubby and I DEVOURED it! Only difference is I used a mix of linguini and thin spaghetti pasta since we didn't have penne on hand. The red bell pepper and tomatoes definitely helped! And the cream cheese made it so so creamy. Omg. This recipe is a keeper!! Thank you so much!! 🤤

Next time if u wanna make a pasta dish creamy, instead of using cream or cream cheese, try saving some of the pasta water and finish the cooking in your skillet with the pasta water and some parmesan cheese. That’s how we do it in Italy without adding unnecessary calories in cream!

Made this last night. My hubby devoured it. I did tweek some things. I didn’t use old bay, I used everything else and added Zatarains Creole Seasoning. I did without the cream cheese and added a can of Rotel instead of regular diced tomatoes.
I served mine over spaghetti squash.
It was delicious. Definitely will be making it again.

Made this tonight. Everyone loved it and my son said plenty left for my lunch tomorrow. I added a BBQ spice as I didn't have cajan spice. I added some chilli flakes, cumin, parsley, garlic salt and pepper. I didn't have any cream so added cream cheese and grated cheddar cheese. It turned out lovely and saved the day. Thanks
