    None one can blacklist in NSR data. So, technically if one person gets blacklisted he or she can work anywhere apart from this company only. It's not a big deal.

      My Pan card is blacklisted when I was working in Bharti AXA life insurance. Now new company' s HR denying to appoint me on company payroll with this blacklist issue of previous company and saying no one company appoint you on company payroll. What should I do...

    Wells Fargo literally blacklisted employees who were then unable to get work in their industry. It wasn’t subtle or missed by the news.

    So I have a question. I left a job within 2 weeks of joining. For context, the employer already knew I was looking for jobs and I had other offers, but I was in tough financial situation so I took that job before I got the decisions from other employers. So the context is there, I recently told the employer as of today that my last day would be the following Monday. The employer said that it would be told to the other person in charge. So I thought since this individual knew I had other jobs looking into me that I would be able to go freely, now I know that’s not the case. So I decided to tell the employer why my last day was so soon and sudden, and I told the employer that a job opportunity opened up and I had to start sooner than I liked , but the employer said that I would be basically blacklisted from working on Campus Dining . Now, it might not be a big deal since it campus dining, but in the bad case that life hits me that job would be a good source of income in the future. So if my employer knew I was looking for possibly better employment elsewhere would that be considered absconding like you stated in the video. Reasoning is; I couldn’t do the two week notice because of how soon my new job is going to start.

    Spoken like a true "HR". She speak as if blacking is perfectly legal. Outside of all these reason she gives for BEING blacklisted; she kept the real substance away and that's the fact that blacklisting is illegal in most states. She cares absolutely nothing for the employees at all; she represents the best interest of the company and that treatment and attitude statement does actually go both ways. I think what people in HR fail to realize is that the companies are not providing any service to the employees at all; the employees are the ones providing the service. It's called their labor which you pay for. So there will always be a disconnect between the two. HR people are very fake . They know how to manage processes NOT people. All you got do is sue an HR worker in her/his individual and official capacity and watch what happens.

    It is possible depending on the city or state location. Sadly many leaders are a part of industry organization where they network. If an Employer or company is toxic enough they can and will spread lies about you. You have a better chance if you are in a larger city. If you are currently in a toxic job PLEASE make your plans to escape and tell NO ONE. Just go. Employers have been known to send out spies our call your new job to sabotage you.

      I faced the same. Some employees have no other business rather ask people's salary and insult their post directly/indirectly. Ultimately most people are selfish and care about their own success. It doesn't work that way. Team work is essential. (Not India vs Pakistan way) . Each team needs to trust and help others.
      For what purpose they favour individual achievements more, I will never understand

    90 days notice period is the biggest scam, company wants immediately joining candidate while they themselves have 90 days notice period

    In the European institutions, when you get in trouble with an Head of Unit and this person fores you, you willl never be able to work for and EU institution such as the European Commission, European Parliament or the Council. On top of that, you are blacklisted as well for any of the EU agencies, snd even interim vacancies recruited locally by Interim agencies in Brussels. Internally they keep your registry. So leadership check it, and out of stupid blind loyalty, they won't risk giving you another chance! So basically the legislation on data protection and the right to be forgotten only applies outside and not to the regulator.😢

    Can confirm that you can in fact be back listed from an entire industry. If you’re lucky, it’ll be years before you get a chance again.
    However, the don’ts here are very important.
    Please keep in mind that you should remain professional at all times.
    READ AND UNDERSTAND POLICIES.

    Mam I applied to a company for data entry job and they first demand for money to pay that will refund after I got job and then i refused and now they are telling that they are going to blacklist my all documents for 5 years for not answering their phon calls and for declining the payment . what should I do now and where should I complaint about this ?

      It's a scam. First of all they cannot blacklist your documents unless the documents are fake. And even if you do get black listed in one company why would you care unless you want to rejoin the company again. Lastly no interviewer takes money for conducting an interview. Unless you're getting placement for a course selling institution.

    Thanks so much for this video, and I'm starting to understand why I'm in my situation now. I got an exist interview, so I explain how they treated me with little to no support. Long story short, I've ETS, proceeded to obtain my A&P, hired through a temp agency for an assembler, quit since I was contracted and they didn't have the attention to hire me onboard. Finally landed my career as a A&P Tech, but was let go after my first incident.
    Decided to continue trucking, since I was having difficulty finding aviation work, so I've gone through multiple trucking companies while I'm put in very bad situations that force me to either quit or continue.
    I'm getting job messages to apply, clean record, so I figured I'm safe to apply, but I'm just being ghosted and they'll keep asking me to apply then deny me over the phone, short listed or no response. My question is, how are we able to have the freedom to find our fit within a suitable company, if employers are putting employees in these situation just so they can build their evidence to "blacklist" or what ever they're doing to us?
    Maybe it's a reason why so many become entrepreneurs now a days... some fail while still being "blacklist" or so.

    When some one say you are blacklisted ,what does it mean in real context ?
    Does it mean he /she can not go for service as a occupation, because any way human have to earn bread and butter which is necessity to live across human life where retirement period is addition.?
    Is there any list called blacklist maintain by respective HRD ministry of state or country or any industry association body like NASSCOM,BMA,AIMA,MCCIA etc.

      You can bet they're probably is for all of those organizations. And they are breaking the law. They really don't think they can go to court over this. They really don't think a massive class action suit is ramping up. LOL
      A lot of execs will tell their employees to participate in the blacklisting and mobbing and shunning. These employees are told that they are untouchable, that they are safe, that they are supervisors will protect them from any legal ramifications. LEAVE IT TO THE OBEDIENT TO BELIEVE SUCH A NONSENSE PROMISE.
      Ha. It's about to get nasty for the stasi.

    I'm working in MNC but due to my health issue asked for project change because in present project I can't relocate to assigned location so asked for project withdraw and said not possible and even though provided valid proofs regarding health issue they didn't listen asking me to come to office so I said detach me from project now I'm in bench period as they don't have any project so does this comes under any behaviour issue does company will consider this as serious for not relocating to assigned location.

    Yes they do use the same data base .teenstreet 95% of driving company use impulse witch is 100% teenstreet for applications. Therefore everything goes through one database, providing information to every company who uses their services which is now now is about 95%.

    I'm blacklisted in wipro just because I didn't complete the notice period of 30 days because there was an immediate joining in an other company so I couldn't complete the notice period nd even I have given them my one month salary as a notice period service amount.

    Not sure if I have bad luck or not. It happened to me two times. Like I had an offer for some different location and based on that I resigned. I was Happy with my current location and to maintain that I was looking for another offer for same location. In a company I cleared all the rounds and they ask me my details for BGV and share some forms to fill which I reverted them back. I was hoping that they will release offer at earliest as all the formalities were completed but sadly they managed to hold it till my last working day even after chasing them with multiple calls to HR and reply. I was totally stuck and given the first offer company to extend my joining due to some emergency which they extended. I got 2nd offer on the evening of my LWD from 2nd company and after next day joining I was very sad to inform the first company that I will not join it was kind of a bad feeling but I had no other way to deal this as I got no time to tell 1st company in advance that I will not join. But I am happy that I not got blacklisted from that 1st company as when after 2-3 year I was searching for another job I again got a call from them.

    Thanks for this information Mam. I have seen so many JDs in LinkedIn in which people have mentioned that if a candidate failed in Background verification or if they leave within 1 years so they will Blacklick us from the entire industry. 😅

      Dear Abhishek.. yeah.. just completely ignore them, employment is always "at will", no one can blacklist you, just because you decided to leave.. its sad that no one is governing these type of Job listings, it is the cause of confusion and fear among young graduates... I just hope everyone is well aware of their rights and opportunities..

      ​@@theCorporateDiaries madam pls reply to this question this is currently happening with me i am working in mnc company and for almost 2 year and i am serving 30 days notice prieod and i got into spam message of fake profile that someone has created about my company and many people of there discussing and the post of the fake profile has post why. they treating there employee like slave and this and that and i have commented over true thats why i have applied for resign and i and that fake profile dude started bitching about our company policy and about tls and bhr and so and soo .. and some how my company came to know about it and they called me about in room with bhr and she asked why u have writeen so many things about us in bad wayy .. and i the end bhr told me she will put red remark on my profile and she tood u will never about to work any of the companies again so and soo .. what shall i do in this ?

    Ma'am I wud like to ask you one thing..
    The HR will always follow company the manager .. if it is On roll or off roll..
    What If manager have bad attitude?
    What if manager is wrong..
    Absconding case The HR will find from the manager not from the employee..
    if an employee showed absconding from the duty.. May be he got accident, or may be had other reason..
    I would like to say something about me..
    When i showed my experience certificate and my pay slip during the interview to the manager, he said he doesn't have afford to give that much salary, on same day he said he will look after it after one month..
    1. When i get joining letter on mail I saw my designation instead of MIS my designation was brach executive and salary too low comparing to last payslip..
    2. I called him the manager he said, i will spoke about it.. it has been one month when i got salary and still is the same no changes nothing..
    3. After 45 days of joining, i got accident and i dint able to call him or report them, and after two days when i was finally came to conscious. The manager told me we don't entertain you like this..
    The manager asked not to come to the office even after medical proof, and so many requests to him..i begged him even after all this.. because i was in very worst financial situation and loans..
    I thought it's good for me even after no employee is going to work in low package.. I thought ok i will look in other channels in same company.. but i wasn't aware he going to put me in Abounding and blacklist me..
    If the manager asked me not to come to the office and than he abscond me from the duty.. and than He asked to HR to blacklist me..
    Clearly the manager know i will get hired in same company but in other channels.. because the company got 8 channel.. so he put me on blacklisted so i cannot go in other channels.. this is how the HR is in The manager Pocket..
    1. The employee like me who got the offer letter, the designation and salary is low to camparing to the past organization's.
    2. And Than he got blacklisted in that organisation..
    3. he distroyed my whole experience and my earnings..
    4. When ever i go The HR verify the previous channel, right which i mentioned in the above.. The other HR or the other manager dint given chance to explain..
    The HR or the Manager, they create thier own rules and ethics to follow.. i still remember the HR was started in 1985 in India.. and now the consultancy began.. and after that it's became two type The " On roll and off roll"..
    What ever it is The HR follow the manager, the employee's follow the HR..☺️..
    I don't know.. you temme.. how we get help or Complaint to?
    1.The Advocate
    2. The Labour office
    Or 3. HRD Minister of India?

      After Training they report me to office in Noida but My native is TamilNadu So I told the reason about health issue and request to change south Location.
      Due to not reporting office manager didn't approve my attendance currently I have no projects.

    There are some companies they don't re hire eg TCS, Also some companies don't rehire if you resign before serving 3 years

    I have just made a very big mistake. After getting offer letter from the company (Fusion), I absented from the next day onwards and did not even respond to HR's multiple calls. The next I messaged the HR whether I can come, the HR said I can never ever join Fusion in any process ever again. Does that mean they have blacklisted me ? Can I apply to another companies ?

    I recently switched the company, just 3 Months completed, but i'm not satisfied/liked the work which am doing here.. in mean time I got another good opportunity so i submitted resignation... Later my manager called me and told that he notify hr to Blacklist my profile and i won't be able to join other reputed companies... Is there any possibility to do that...

      HR should not have any right to do so. We need to raise this issue in labour court. We have freedom to do . One HR was threatening me to be under part of company forever. Man the limits to which people fake it infront of other employees. Always keep evidences/proof of performance and other important meetings. It can be used to sue them

    How about in nasscom portal where they black list an employee which other companies can cross verify using pan card or uan number? I doubt companies like TCS who have strict bgv might cross verify. Is it possible?

      Dear, just write a simple, polite email, saying that, "though it was a great opportunity, but you found something which is in more alignment with your interest and expertise, so you are choosing that this time, however you look forward to work with them in future".

    Hi mam
    I have a doubt. I got selected by a company but couldn't join on the date they provided due to the unexpected death of my relative and I explained my situation to them. The HR told I could join on another date. Today I asked HR if there is any joining date in the upcoming days. She said, "There is currently no vacancy but I will inform you once the vacancy is open". Does this mean I have been blacklisted?. I didn't receive any offer letter and usually, that company provides an offer letter just 2 or 3 days before the joining date.

    Mnc hires blacklisted guys again if they find any urgent billable requirements... They clear their records and hire that guy again. So what's the meaning of blacklisting?!! 😅

    I accepted the offer letter. And couldnt join due to my mother's health. I was supposed to get relocated to different place from my native place. It was not possible for me to reloacte to the same reason.i informed the same to HR 10 days prior.

My job role is inside the airport supervisor or something like that .then i called them and they said sent my all documents for verification. So i did but after some time they callee me and said pay 1500 for identify for entering inside the airport. Also they sent their account number but i didn't pay the money

    I got placed with DXC Technology last year and now they have onboarded me on domain training in Mainframe Operations, but this is an outdated technology. As I am a fresher now what are the options left for me so that I can work under latest technology, will there be options for domain switching as I join after this training period gets over or should I look for other companied or should I work for 1 year and then start looking for other opportunities. I am really worried as this technology is getting obsolete and there are no jobs left for experienced candidates. plz tell what can I dot sustain in IT industry

    Actually m just going through same phase ,m team read behaviour not so good I left the organization with intimate them its call center and also mention its a medical emergency due to some family health issue .n then they drop a mail because I thinks its hurt my team lead ego thats why they drop mail your abscond n blacklist

    Bro my brother had 1.9 years of experience as software developer that company created uan pf .
    He is unemployed from 1.4 year since most of them r asking 3years of experience.
    We r planning buy 1.4 years of fake experience to fill carrier gap one consultancy guy said he will provide pf , salary slip ,bank statement & all bgv support if we pay 25k.
    Will they come to know willl they check pf amount???

    Hello Ma'am, I have got an offer from tcs.
    But in bgc there was a problem.
    I left my first company on 23rd July 2021.
    Then joined another company on 26th July 2021.
    Then resigned there in short time on 9th August 2021.
    And joined a third company on 13th August 2021.
    As per the offer letter of the second company, I was supposed to be given a one day release on 9th August 2021 itself.
    I had stopped working there from 9th August only.
    But rather they relieved me on 20th August 2021.
    But I didn't care as I wasn't going to use that experience.
    But now when I have tcs offer letter, in BGC they are saying, the second company relieving date 20th August and third company joining date 13th August have an overlap of employment of 7 days.
    Because of this the HR said, they are not ready do the on boarding.
    I explained hr everything but still she said, the bgc team is not okay with it.
    But on tcs iBegin portal, bgc status is still 'scheduled' only, not negative or positive.
    They are not closing it any ways. They have just kept it hanging.
    The bgc team is not asking me for any clarification also.
    They have kept the status as 'scheduled'.
    So, what should I do now.
    Please let me know on this.
