Thanks for the motivation to get myself a nugget and return to the way car modifying used to be and making it what I want and not give a fuck something that was lost as the jdm cars I own and prices went through the roof
I thought the same thing but also I know some cultures are very stubborn and don't like change. They might not have wanted to even use them if they got them.
@ObamaWasWrong2023 Sums up how most Malaysians do things really. Why spend the effort to learn something new, even if was the better/more efficient way, when the old way of doing things has always worked for them, they would say (Sometimes feeling defensive and threatened too).
This is the President of K CAR GLOBAL. So proud and happy with your Team involvements. Wonderful movie indeed comprising leadership, endless hardship and a great result at the end. Great Team effort with a splendid achievement until the chequered flag. A True caring spirit is shown here when it was merely almost impossible and miracle happens where you find true friendship suddenly appearing out of no where assisting your Team and without any hesitation. This True Spirit can ONLY be found in every K CAR GLOBAL Event. It has been and always will remain as the pinnacle of true friendship. A Family outing being togetherness aiming for one goal. Gathering of Family and Friends around the world. Hope to see you again in November 2025.
Issac is an absolute legend. Mans just jumped into the mechanical aspects and figured out/diagnosed stuff in the middle of the race accurately and quickly. Wildly knowledgeable and so important to the team. Even figured out how to drive a car with no clutch at race pace.
Everyone was just awesome in this film, but can we all just take a moment to appreciate Dave. Time and time again he’s come to the party with his expertise and just made every car run. You’re the quiet achiever, Dave Hats off to you.👍🏻
i sit here for 2 hours watching these..forgot to eat . because that was the best moment to see. been watching them almost 16 years@@goosenotmaverick1156
I noticed when they featured the individual shots for everyone at the end, his wasn't a shot of him smiling right in front of the camera, it was him at the center of a team huddle. I think that was done intentionally, and you could tell there were moments when he was spearheading the efforts and just so intentional about encouraging teammates. Dude was on it, more than we've ever seen him here. Before this i thought he was more just excitable about working on hondas because he was a honda fanboy. But he just always seems to be positive and pushing ahead.
From the team lead of a Canadian 🇨🇦 endurance racing team with a Civic EP3 with a K20A3, I really enjoyed that fellas. First time I'm ever giving one of these TH-cam paid comments but you have well and truly earned it. Most teams don't need to replace head gaskets AND gearboxes in the same race. You guys had a bad shake of luck and still brought it home. We really need to pool for an Isaac and a Scotty of our own on our team. I said it already in another comment though, but please always wear a HANS device. I'd be sad if anything happened to any of you guys. Our car isn't much faster than your car, maybe only 80-120 bhp or so, but no one drives that car without a HANS device because it's just too dangerous. Please take care of yourselves so you can win some endurance races. Eventually the luck just shakes out your way, but you've gotta take care of yourselves to get there.
Quite possibly, the best automotive content TH-cam has to offer. Some of the cinematics rival anything big budget companies could hope to produce. This was a proper epic guys, a big well done!
It blows me away how good this looks on my 4K TV at 65 inches. This next year? I want to see this on a larger screen and hopefully in Blue Ray bitrates. The Music? Hands down some of the best out there!
What a tear jerker! I'm not crying you're crying. What a display of true sportsmanship from everyone on every team. No ego, no bullying, no entitlement, just a bunch of people who share a common interest and in the sprit of competition in the most respectful way help each other to make sure everyone can compete and everyone is included. The world needs more car race crews to be a better place!
This! I would never have thought I would tear up while watching some mighty car mods but someone was definitly cutting a load of onions in my room all the sudden...
Legitimately phenomenal. You guys outdo multi-billion dollar corporations with think tanks, sitting around for 40+ hours a week brainstorming how to make a good show. Video quality, sound quality, content, angles, messages...it's all phenomenal. This is the best one yet, honestly. You guys just keep getting better. I hope you guys still continue to do this, even with Moog on TG-AUS now. But regardless, good job guys. The part where the other teams came together to help you had me fighting back emotions. Freaking awesome to see there is still good people in this world. 10/10.
Guys, thanks for putting our little scene on the world map. We love what you guys do and we hope to see you here again. But please, spend a little more time here so that blokes like me can buy you lot a few rounds of beers, alright? Kudos!
This has become a yearly tradition for me to sit and wait for the mighty mods feature film every year! Thanks boys for another incredible feature film and all for free
I'm a Malaysian car enthusiast and have been watching your channel for yeaaars. This was an absolute emotional treat mates. I can't express how much I respect you both and the work you guys do.
My mom was sick/passed about 2-1.5 yrs ago. Right after, for about 2-3 months, MCM was a “comfort show” for me. I also got a dog around that time. (An Australian shepherd) I watched so much, that now when the dog hears Marty or Moogs voice, she perks up, and will watch for a bit. You guys kept me smiling and going in some very hard times. Hard to put into words. What you do is important. Keep it up. Thank you so much from VA, USA. 🙏
I looked at this when it popped up and thought "2 hours? I don't have time to watch a 2 hour MCM video". Turns out that not only did I have the time, but it was one of the best MCM videos I've seen. Wewll done team Koala Lumpur!
I guess it's a testament to their other feature length specials, but when I see a 2 hour MCM video runtime, I get more excited than usual because I know they've cooked up something tasty 😂.
As a Malaysian who's lived in NZ since 2011, you've made me both proud and homesick in one go with this upload. I worked for a popular car mag during the mid to late 2000s in Malaysia and have walked up and down that pit building and pit lane so much during that time. Thanks for the flashbacks Moog and Marty @mightycarmods and for bringing some reminiscing tears of joy to an old man's eyes. Thanks again for doing this guys, love your work!
To complete a 24 hour event as rookies in endurance racing is an incredible accomplishment. Well done. Oh and the production level of this film is top notch!
I hope some of you get to experience endurance racing like this... it's a band of brothers/sisters ... you just don't know how big your band really is till you get into a pinch.
Helping each other is one of the best parts of motorsports. It doesn't matter which one I've been involved in, people are always ready and happy to help and it's always amazing.
Buying a second hand car turning it into a race car in 48hrs and taking part in a 24hr race in a different country is insane a true epic so happy for you guys
Then driving to a town over an hour away and back again to grab a scrap transmission in the middle of the night, while the race is going, car still on the track. Crazy man. Inspiring stuff. Maybe I *can* make it home at lunch break to let the dog out and grab the package for my wife off the front step after all.....
Congratulation on your race finish, i'm a driver from JAF Garage just beside you pit, i can see your team really put an excellent and fantastic works, congrats again, hope to see your team again on next K-Car Global race in Sepang 💪💪💪
I’ve been here since the driveway episodes. Every year for the past few years or even longer your uploads at the end of the year/holiday specials really are an outstanding present. I appreciate y’all’s hard work and dedication. Thank you.
Me too, mate! I love the feature films they make every year in the later years. Watching this after my family is winding down after Christmas dinner. same last year. I was here when they made the videos on Marty's moms driveway. I was into Subaru's at the time. I stayed because the content is interesting, relatable and fun. Think of the channels that started out of this one! I follow Benny and the sunshine coast guys. First- Jack up the car!
How selfless those other teams were to help you swap that box out brought a tear to my eye, it's hard to find such nice people, maybe I should move over there.
That's endurance racing. Check 24h Nürburgring, in the middle of the night, a car comes in with damage, you can often see other mechanics help because their cars are already out or they're not worried about it at the moment. Love the endurance racing teams! It's all about "let's make it to the end, let's finnish at all."
Isaac and Dave are "Lifeboat Guys"; Mates you would pick to go anywhere and take on any challenge. Thanks for all the fun MCM. Please consider another collaboration in The States.
As an Aussie Malaysian it's so cool seeing our culture and attitude of "can lah" and "boleh" in play and so glad you got to genuinely experience it compared to the glam of tourist sites everyone sees.. Especially the bush mechanics at its finest because labour is cheaper than good tools. That's pretty much the Malaysian way 😂😂. Also sick to see one of Melbourne's resident super nugs Ying up there as well!
I lol'ed when the member of the other team advising MCM on the kill switch regs said "It's Malaysia- read between the lines". Would love to visit someday!
Was looking for comments about his music and the soundtracks! I don't think this gets talked about enough. This is incredibly hard to produce such music. The opening track is phenomenal can somone ID this track for me?
I know this was meant to be a story about a journey to do a race, but for me, this was a beautiful story about humanity working together, helping each other, coming together even when they're in competition with each other. Seeing all the other teams jump at the chance to help you finish, I needed this. I needed to see there's still compassion out there from complete strangers. This was beautiful. There was sadness. There was anxiety. There was relief. There was joy. There was love. This, is MightyCarMods. Thank you.
Every Christmas you guys hit it out of the park. But…. Most years it’s cinematic, artful, glossy. This year eclipsed that. It felt so personal, emotional, and a story we all wanted to be part of. Love your work. Also, if the team at RAB don’t get a DAC DAC care package from you guys, I’ll be disappointed! Merry Christmas everyone! Looking forward to the coming year.
When the other team's jumped in to get the transition in when the team was so tired, that hit me right in the feels. So amazing to have so many people trying to get 1 little car back on the track.
Right? Technically they're rivals of eachother, but in the end everyone is working towards the same goal and they all share the same love for nuggets and racing :)
I am Singaporean, we are Malaysia's neighbour, the people love each other. They are amazing brilliant mechanics. They can fabricate anything your mind can dream of. We drive up to see to our vehicles at times. You guys may or may not know how big and touching what you guys did. Thank you boys, this is brilliant for Malaysia; as Singaporean it's truly touching. ❤
Had to spend Christmas alone this year unfortunately. This didnt feel like 2+ hours and brightened up my Christmas eve immeasurably. Thanks to the whole team! One of those once in a lifetime things im happy to have seen and felt a little bit a part of!
Long-time Malaysian fans here! It's truly thrilling to witness your races at the Sepang International Circuit. Having raced superbikes there myself a few times, seeing you guys compete at the same venue fills me with pride as a fellow Malaysian.
It was a pleasure to meet you Moog. Gutted to see you guys struggle during the race. The APEX car is my company's racecar, loved the fact that it got a proper 3 second feature haha. Would love to work with you guys in the future.
This channel started out as a DIY channel about affordable little nuggets, but it has evolved to this. It has evolved just to show you that you cant actually DIY life, you cant do it all by yourself. You need good friends, you NEED other people. Truly a masterpiece of a film, commemorating friendship , and bonding with other people over things you love doing. SIncerely, thank you MCM!
Well done, lads. When Ying said "this is the greatest day of my life" I maybe teared up a little. maybe more than a little. The best 2 hours of content I've watched all month. Thank you and happy holidays to the entire crew.
i thoroughly enjoyed this 2 hours. The Malaysian car community is phenomenal and I'm happy that MCM were able to participate. From a K car owner in the Caribbean, these little nuggets are workhorses. Respect.
Maybe I'm in the minority, but Ying is a must for all the future adventures. She has a positive impact that really has a way to bring your focus back to what matters.
"Oh, two hours?! ... I don't know, man!" And the at the blink of an eye, two hours passed and I love every minute of it!!!! This is absolutely one of the best you've made, guys! The planning, the story, the production, and then the bloody wholesomeness of that race! I all but teared up when everybody jumped in to change the gearbox! Stancework's Global Tim Attack videos were a high high level of awesome, and this one is up there with all the same feelings and involvement! I felt this one throughout my body! I have to go to bed now!!!!
I finally got to watch this. This is my favourite Xmas day feature yet. Not only is it 2 best mates on an adventure, but you brought more mates to share the experience of a lifetime. I loved the team spirit not only from team Koala Lumpur, but the fact other teams just wanted to help out. Brilliant feature guys. Thank you.
The bandaid on Isaac's head with Chode written on it though. I don't know what he did to deserve that, nor do I care. But damn I giggled. The teamwork and friendship you all showed had me smiling throughout this entire ep. Well done guys. Also, watching these full-length Chrissy pressies you drop us every year is becoming a proper tradition in my house. Best channel on YT by a mile. Legends.
Two things I love about this. First, it's obvious you weren't there to win but just to participate in something so amazing, and to make sure you got across the finish line, so the whole team got to have a go, and no egos got in the way of enjoying the competition. Second, the spirit of the other teams coming to help without being asked or expecting anything in return. This is true sportsmanship and in a world of growing corporate greed and a win at all costs mentality, it's wonderful to see there ARE true sportsmen (and sportswomen) left in the world.
It is easy to not notice but every single team at this race has their own story and we are only seeing one of them. Really cool to see everyone come together to put on the speed 🏎
Best Christmas episode by a mile! Genuinely can’t believe how emotional it felt to watch it all unfold. From the headgasket change, to gearbox out, to the “who’s the boss” “me!” Also absolutely loved reading all the comments. Never seen a comment section so full of joy. Absolutely loved every second of the whole video.
With Daihatsus being such a big part of MCM i was always wondering when you'd do an episode in Malaysia given that they're such a big thing there. You did the biggest Daihatsu thing possible in Malaysia. Hats off to everyone involved. Honoured to have followed the show for 11 years.
What an epic episode this year! Glad can personally meet Marty and Malaysian born mechanic Julian during that race! Glad to serve you all with that parts. Hopefully we’ll meet again in next Kcar global racing.
We need to see more of this. More MCM race days. The fact that the other teams just jumped in to help - despite competing with them - was truly amazing. Awesome job. Can’t wait for the next big thing MCM comes up with. Much love from Canada.
"Everything you do in your should involve some element of excitement and fear, that's how you know you're doing the right thing," This is going to stay with me my entire life Moog.
You can't help but be a little bit emotional watching this. Especially considering the little red Diahatsu that started it all. I've been along for the entire journey since then. Hard to believe people on the other side of the world with a mutual love for cars would help someone else get through their day to day life. To have everything come full circle and having the crew you do to build and race a lil nugget so far from home is incredible! I have nothing but love and respect for you gentleman and your entire crew that's grown with you over the years. Much love from Canada 🤙🏼 ✌🏼️ -Rosscoe
You know what.. this is by far one of the best videos Ive seen on TH-cam hands down.. not just car related videos either,. Talking every genre on TH-cam period!!! Made me feel every emotion, made me wanting more but ended perfectly! Perfectly filmed, produced and edited. 👍🙏👊👊👊✌️✌️
This is the greatest thing I've watched. Y'all deserve an Oscar or something. Absolute top tier work across the board. The quality, the story, the people. It's a real treat. Thank you!
Putting this on now 9:25pm UK time, single dad fed up with present wrapping and kitchen assembly rn, just the kitchen and laying everything out to do, this will get me through and hopefully my daughter enjoys tomorrow as much as im about to this Merry Christmas to the entire MCM team, fans and viewers have a great Christmas!
Well done!! This is an amazing accomplishment. Before my father’s passing due to brain cancer, doing something like this was always a shared dream. Watching this made me emotional at times and I’m still not sure why. But in the end - it really inspired me to finish our car, and get it on the track as a tribute to my late father. Thanks guys for always putting out quality content, and inspiring people more than you will ever know. Thanks. Love you guys.
Honestly was brought to tears watching this. The camaraderie, the emotions, the passion, the compassion, the empathy and helpfulness; there was so much packed all into this special and it hit really hard. It's wonderful to see that given the opportunity there are people out there who will be amazing. It was wonderful to see you guys persevere! Here's to a wonderful 2024 for MCM! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays lads.
Ive always wondered why your show is so much better than the others on youtube. This showed me it’s because you guys truly make your audience feel like they are a part of the journey. Thank you for that.
...speechless... seeing other teams jump in to help is truely something to aspire to, as people. I have to say this has to easily make top 3 best MCM videos. No matter how bad life gets, or how good it gets, I can't think of a single MCM video that has not made me smile. Thank you for continuing to put joy into lives around the world.
Great adventure, great people, great vibes. I always appreciate the effort you guys go to for your chrissie specials.. there have definitely been some lows this year, but the content you guys put out has been uplifting. All the best to you and your families this Christmas. Thanks.
We just came back from Thailand and all the modified Hilux and Hiace vans was awesome! I had the best time! Might have to add Kuala Lumpur to the list now.
Mysian here n I truly enjoyed this film on a Xmas day (merry xmas btw). Our country is always overlooked in the car scene compared to our neighbours but we do pack a punch on this scene. Do hope the MCM crew return to visit our car culture scene in the future. So, another round at K endurance next time?
This is going to sound like a strange compliment but as an EV owner with no interest in modifying cars myself... I just love your channel. The mateship, community, production quality, music and guests... plus featuring so many lovable nuggets... it's one of the best channels on TH-cam. This feature combined all of these with a story line that a Holywood team might've written, yet it was just how it all happened. PS. I've got a chopped sticker on my Tesla Model 3.
Every single person involved in this is an absolute legend. From your team putting the car together, the guys at RAB garage for letting you use the shop/tools/parts, to the other teams helping you out in your time of need, to everyone else racing an awesome event. Truly an amazing experience.
The hospitality from the other race crews and Malaysia in general was incredible! Anytime I hear Malaysia and racing I immediately think of the legendary white millers oils evo touge. Epic.
I'm not crying! You're crying! So very proud of the whole MCM Crew, The highs, the lows & everything in-between. I have watched MCM grow from the very 1st episode & every single episode right up until this episode. The world loves MCM & I'm so happy I can share the love as well. I would love to see MCM do this race again, but with a bit bigger budget maybe from SCA & Ryobi. 2023 has ended on a high & I'm looking forward to being a part of the MCM Family in 2024. Wishing everyone a very 🌲Merry Christmas🎅 & a 🎆Happy New Year🎇.
Romans10:9 If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Colossians 1:15-23 15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. 17 He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, 20 and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.❤
ive been watching you guys for years, this is the exactly what you guys are all about mateship guts determination and search for fun in everything you do. What a team
My life is really bad. And has been for years. So these full length features you guys have been putting out the last several years really do make my year. I just thought you should know that this stuff matters, thanks.
It's staggering to look back at what you've accomplished this year, never mind the entire 16 years. You both are an inspiration for me to try things way out of my comfort zone and to keep striving and achieving. I'm glad to support in a small way by buying t shirts, stickers and the awesome big desk mat. Keep on keeping on MCM team!
It would be awesome to send these guys a ryobi kit and a heap of tools as a thankyou. Hit up those sponsors! Love you guys and all of your content, keep it coming please!
I absolutely loved this. I hope there are other endurance races around the world that you guys can jump onto. The fact that you brought parts in a suitcase and finding a random car on marketplace is nothing short of amazing!
Wow! Front to back this has been my favorite movie you've released. Your team, your FRIENDS, beat the odds and made a huge step forward on uncertain terrain. First to compete all the way from Australia, your first endurance race, your first time competing as a team, and you did great! Congratulations to the entire crew, and thank you to everyone who helped make this happen! Your competitors showed amazing sportsmanship and class and the shop had your back. I hope their kindness sticks with you for your lifetime. Thank you!
This has been a beautiful journey. The amount of passion and enthusiasm is incredible. You can feel every emotion in it, including the highs and lows. The team working with so much chemistry with one goal in mind, to keep the nugget driving. The car community is one of the best in the world. No hesitation in helping and appreciating each build no matter how different it they are. I’m honoured to be following you guys through the years and I’m certain I’m not the only one that feels this. This film was a masterpiece I thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done guys 🙌🏻
This was awesome to see! I had my first car, a Kelisa, at 16. I remember driving around Kuala Lumpur for hours just to get used to it. So nice of you to visit KL and show off our scene. I'm on to bikes now and have left cars behind for a bit. Maybe I'll get into it again next year. Couple of pointers: - We do have tin snips. - I know what a pry bar is, it's called a cro-bar here. - I appear to have way more tools in my house than this workshop has ever had. - too many freaking cats everywhere - salted egg anything is the hype here
I was your 73rd subscriber. You guys have single handedly changed the automotive scene world wide. Absolutely epic to watch you guys grow and see how far you've come. Also the ONLY TH-cam channel I have and ever will support buy purchasing merchandise. Which I still have BTW. OG first merch drop ever stickers on my tool boxes and still have the original drop key tag yall came out with. Keep it up lads. Much love from Canada
when the other teams came and helped swap the gearbox that made me tear up. Im sure at the time it felt like you were fighting a war and out of nowhere a helping hand was just outstretched in your moment of need.
All this comradery from other teams is so freaking nice to see. Even tough its a competition everyone there is still a gearhead in their hearts and eager to see cars racing.
I'm sad I only have one 'like' to give! What an amazing adventure, something you'll be able to tell the grandkids about one day for sure. All the storylines about MCM's history and their experience were woven into one big story and it shows just how much a group of close friends can accomplish when you work together.
This has been years in the making, we really hope you enjoy this epic adventure of small car proportions. We couldn't be happier with how it's turned out. This is made possible with the support of people like you, so for a limited time only you can get your own Race Team Tee Shirt! mightycarmods.com/products/koala-lumpar-tee
Thank you for the Christmas eve treat! Happy Christmas guys. Thanks for all of the awesome content 😊
Happy Christmas!
Thank you gents, always a the best Christmas present! happy Christmas one and all!!
You guys need to start a racing series with budgets ($500) and go around Australia hosting budget endurance races
Thanks for the motivation to get myself a nugget and return to the way car modifying used to be and making it what I want and not give a fuck something that was lost as the jdm cars I own and prices went through the roof
Ryobi should send RAB Garage a kit of their electric mechanics tools. I bet they would be so grateful.
I thought the same. Mcm are already the best, but using their connections to help people is one of my favorite things they do.
+1
I thought the same thing but also I know some cultures are very stubborn and don't like change. They might not have wanted to even use them if they got them.

what a cool event you put on, sir.
The generosity of the Malaysian community is really on display, thanks so much to all the teams. Thanks for hosting the event!

In the spirit of friendship, may more amateur but capable teams join your events from Australia.🙏
@@scottme100 please please you and everyone in Australia are always welcome to my event. It will be held in November 2025
Issac is an absolute legend. Mans just jumped into the mechanical aspects and figured out/diagnosed stuff in the middle of the race accurately and quickly. Wildly knowledgeable and so important to the team. Even figured out how to drive a car with no clutch at race pace.
He was double clutching, so the challenge was driving with no synchros. Still incredible to pull that off in a race.
he's a certified weapon.
Everyone was just awesome in this film, but can we all just take a moment to appreciate Dave. Time and time again he’s come to the party with his expertise and just made every car run. You’re the quiet achiever, Dave Hats off to you.👍🏻
That look of relief when the engine finally started, I felt that
Dave is the real MVP
Silent assassin. Deadly Dave the best there is!
With the tooth necklace, we will not forget.
Dave is a wizard
In an age where TH-cam is littered with the same supercar rebuild videos, your content is always a breath of fresh air. Happy holidays 🎄
I can't sit through those videos, they seem interesting-ish but then 5-10 minutes in, I'm bored.
i sit here for 2 hours watching these..forgot to eat . because that was the best moment to see. been watching them almost 16 years@@goosenotmaverick1156

This is absolutely amazing, guys. Wow.
good to see you watching MCM.
No offense but Freddie would melt in Malaysia
tavarish you should come to Sepang one day that would be awesome
Freddie x MCM collab?
Waiting for the video titled "mighty car mods helps tavarish fix the flooded mclaren p1".
I always knew Isaac is a clever guy but during heated moments that's serious quick thinking
Seriously excellent addition to the team
This is seriously the highlight of his experience. Master mechanic status achieved. Fucking legend.
Isaac is an absolute monster, a true magnet for positive forward focused thinking.
Isaac was brilliant.
I love the guy, every time he's part of a project, he's so energetic, he embraces whatever challenge and makes it work
Issac is fk genius man, he is one of my top 3 persons of MCM
I noticed when they featured the individual shots for everyone at the end, his wasn't a shot of him smiling right in front of the camera, it was him at the center of a team huddle. But he just always seems to be positive and pushing ahead.
That delirious feeling of being so tired but adrenalin keeping you going
Feels like you are on speed
I could totally feel that through this dude
Or at the minimum a donut like they use for karting. It's no replacement for a true head restraint device, but it's better than nothing at all.
Quite possibly, the best automotive content TH-cam has to offer. Some of the cinematics rival anything big budget companies could hope to produce. This was a proper epic guys, a big well done!
amazing production on this 1...
This! I would never have thought I would tear up while watching some mighty car mods but someone was definitly cutting a load of onions in my room all the sudden...
reminds me of the episode of Top Gear when JC broke down at the end of their 24Hr race.
2 hours of absolutely top tier entertainment - completely free to consume.
You guys are legends.
2 hours and worth watching every second. MCM is the best!
When Dave went "Does it feel sluggish to you?"
He knows, the ass dyno and live data practice doesn't lie. What an experienced legend!
I thought exactly the same thing.
Dave is the man. Huge props to that guy. Absolute professional.
It may be a stupid question, but what's TG-AUS?
@@niei6218 Top Gear Australia maybe?
@@niei6218 Top Gear - Australia. :) Not a stupid question.
@@BasedEMT1776 Oh, thanks for the clarification!
Christmas isnt complete without a MCM Special, these are truly wonderful.
It truely is a tratition for me aswell
You took the words right out of my mouth every year I look forward to that one special video and it never disappoints.
sorry about your loss man
May your mom rest in peace.
Merry Christmas dude.
Sorry about your loss man. It's rough.. Though I will say this, your dog is definitely their biggest fan along side you. Haha.
Feels man. MCM is my turning point when I get down. They really pull me outta some ruts ❤
They do one every year at Christmas, they are always epic.
I nearly cried on this episode. Seeing other teams helping you guys out is probably the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
ditto. Endurance racing is one of those things that really gets you. Its such a community of teams helping other teams, too. Very emotional stuff.
Ya that was pure class
I hope some of you get to experience endurance racing like this... it's a band of brothers/sisters ... you just don't know how big your band really is till you get into a pinch.
Nearly! HAH! I used half a box of tissues.😊
Helping each other is one of the best parts of motorsports. It doesn't matter which one I've been involved in, people are always ready and happy to help and it's always amazing.
Dave and Isaac are absolute legends
Agreed!
Hell yeah. I'm happy to see Isaac back on the channel again, what a lad :)
Man I just can’t fault Marty and Moog for how they reinvest into nothing but the best adventures and videos
That's a bloody trip of a lifetime! Great job lads!
As a malaysian, i am certain that Kelisa is a flooded car. with dirt in the brakelines.
Congratulation on your race finish, i'm a driver from JAF Garage just beside you pit, i can see your team really put an excellent and fantastic works, congrats again, hope to see your team again on next K-Car Global race in Sepang 💪💪💪
Your car sounded so good!
I’ve been here since the driveway episodes. Every year for the past few years or even longer your uploads at the end of the year/holiday specials really are an outstanding present. I appreciate y’all’s hard work and dedication. Thank you.
I feel you and I'm 36 .. love these guys ..lije family I never met how I feel... up in qld .. where you based
@@beaubear6516 31 one years old, located in Virginia.
These guys helped me get into cars and modifying and it’s been a useful knowledge set since
Me too, mate!
It took me a week to find the time to watch, but it was worth the wait. Absolutely phenominal. An Inspiration! Well done to team Koala Lumpur!!
The entire ending of the video brought tears to my eyes, but in a good way, as the usual MCM Christmas extended premiers usually do :)
It's refreshing to see such a wonderful display of genuine sportsmanship.
@@hitachicordobayeah what did they mean by that?
Lah!
Basically it means you've installed it on your car but not in any way functional whatsoever.

@@anaveragejoe4869lol. Oh, right. Yeah, that's a lot of places, i think.
It was a complete pleasure watching Issac and Dave do their thing. Love to see more of them.
Moog, your music production has become phenomenal over the years. Excellent work.
So true ! So bloody true
Him and Mart were/are Professional musicians so it's always been very good I think.
Was looking for comments about his music and the soundtracks! I don't think this gets talked about enough. This is incredibly hard to produce such music. The opening track is phenomenal can somone ID this track for me?
It has. Just sometimes the volume can be a bit high. At the start explaining what they were doing this video it was very overpowering
Agreed. That arpeggio in the intro just 👌🏻
I know this was meant to be a story about a journey to do a race, but for me, this was a beautiful story about humanity working together, helping each other, coming together even when they're in competition with each other.
We love you man.
Merry Christmas, my friend
You got us homie, Merry Christmas
Same 👍
Long-time Malaysian fans here! It's truly thrilling to witness your races at the Sepang International Circuit. Having raced superbikes there myself a few times, seeing you guys compete at the same venue fills me with pride as a fellow Malaysian.
What a great video to watch..a true sportsmanship! Greeting from malaya
It was a pleasure to meet you Moog. Gutted to see you guys struggle during the race. The APEX car is my company's racecar, loved the fact that it got a proper 3 second feature haha. Would love to work with you guys in the future.
❤ i love Mighty Car Mods ❤️
Your channel is pretty cool too dude. Look forward to more renovations 👍
The team work among the Aussies is one thing but from the other teams that's actually competitors helping is absolutely AMAZING! This is so awesome!
It's not an uncommon thing in endurance racing, especially in the more club level stuff
Fortunately, such camaraderie is not uncommon in motorsport, especially in amateur club racing.
i thoroughly enjoyed this 2 hours.
Nah, you're in good company
"Oh, two hours?! ... I don't know, man!"
And the at the blink of an eye, two hours passed and I love every minute of it!!!!
Dave you bloody LEGEND. absolute tech wizard.
I say this every year when a feature drops and I will say it again. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you MCM and team
Everything that makes MCM great perfectly captured in one video. Moog, Marty thank you for the last 16 years 💙
💯💪🤘🫡
It is easy to not notice but every single team at this race has their own story and we are only seeing one of them. Really cool to see everyone come together to put on the speed 🏎
Best Christmas episode by a mile! Genuinely can’t believe how emotional it felt to watch it all unfold. From the headgasket change, to gearbox out, to the “who’s the boss” “me!”
Also absolutely loved reading all the comments. Never seen a comment section so full of joy. Absolutely loved every second of the whole video.
The camaraderie and support from the other racing teams there is one of the most awesome things to see happening. Truly amazing culture at this event
As a Malaysian big fan of MCM. I’m proud of you guys 🇲🇾🇦🇺
Dave has one of those smiles where everything can be on fire, and he's still smiling, because he's having fun and knows it'll all be fine.
Check out moogs iron-man upload. Covers the same message. 👌 A top fellow.
Moog: "Who's the boss?"
Stacy: "ME!!'
my heart
I loved that. Moog is such a gem of a human being
You can't help but be a little bit emotional watching this.
Much love from Canada 🤙🏼 ✌🏼️

You know what.. this is by far one of the best videos Ive seen on TH-cam hands down.. not just car related videos either,. Talking every genre on TH-cam period!!! Made me feel every emotion, made me wanting more but ended perfectly! Perfectly filmed, produced and edited. 👍🙏👊👊👊✌️✌️
This was emotional, all car enthusiasts unite worldwide as that's our language. An amazing experience and adventure for the whole team.
This is the greatest thing I've watched. Y'all deserve an Oscar or something. Absolute top tier work across the board. The quality, the story, the people. It's a real treat. Thank you!
Putting this on now 9:25pm UK time, single dad fed up with present wrapping and kitchen assembly rn, just the kitchen and laying everything out to do, this will get me through and hopefully my daughter enjoys tomorrow as much as im about to this

Yep, what you said.
The best Christmas special by far. Glad everyone had a good time, overcame the challenges and had a safe time on the track. Cheers!
Thanks.
Thank you, we appreciate your generosity
So glad to see you guys in Malaysia! It’s an underrated country for car culture.
Malaysia is p epic, lots of folks I see on Instagram are there
We just came back from Thailand and all the modified Hilux and Hiace vans was awesome!
Wow! What an epic journey! I honestly started to tear up. I have no words. This is easily the best MCM project ever!
You weren't alone 👍
Wishing everyone a very 🌲Merry Christmas🎅 & a 🎆Happy New Year🎇.
hell yeah, I wanna see them race in a ryobi-green nugget!

Stay positive! I'd give you a hug if I could.
keep focusing on the positves you come across in life and not the negative, hope you find a way to turn things around
I'm so grateful for mcm all these years. Keep it up fellas.
I travel the internet because I’m homesick for a place that doesn’t exist anymore. This helps a lot. Thanks guys.
I too yearn for yugoslavia
oh that hits home really hard. I feel that.
Thank you!
Well done Ying! Your Nugget Nationals family back in Melbourne are proud of you!
What an amazing effort and what a showing from the people of Malaysia you should all be proud.
Always love to see the racing comradery and friends coming together to accomplish something we all love.
Couple of pointers:
- We do have tin snips.
- I know what a pry bar is, it's called a cro-bar here.
- I appear to have way more tools in my house than this workshop has ever had.
- too many freaking cats everywhere
- salted egg anything is the hype here
I was your 73rd subscriber.
