  • In this Episode we welcome our first Guest, Dr. Michael Otto, Professor of psychological and brain sciences at Boston University and author of Exercise for Mood and Anxiety. Michael is best known for....being Whitney's husband! There are many aspects of our relationship with exercise that we have had to Untrain (ex: not letting our body have a say in how or when or how much we exercise), AND the habit of exercise has given us countless health and mood benefits over the years. We are honoring the power of exercise in this episode.
If you are having trouble exercising or it is taking too much time and energy, you don't want to miss this episode. Discover the value of low moderate exercise for health benefits, as well as powerful tools to invite more motivation to get those workouts going. You will also learn the span of benefits exercise provides us (hint...it makes us smarter!). Tune in to find out why Dr. Otto strategically works out in his jeans. You will witness just how hard it is for an Olympian trained for lightning speed, to break into a conversation with the chatty Ottos.
