Sure it has the maneuverability of the titanic, but it's a speed demon with good long range and satellite interception, it even has a higher service ceiling (25,000 m) than the F-35 (15,000m)
@@rdablock It can reach Mach 3.2 in absolute necessity but it will damage the engine and airframe if this speed is sustained for too long, so they limited it's speed to 2.8, which is still fast.

I tried doing this so many times using the Su-57. Was never able to successfully change gates without crashing. I turned too early, turned too late, or unable to maintain control after switching gates. I was able to go up the space elevator at max speed, but unable to successfully go down the space elevator, I always crashed at the bottom due to going to fast and finding no way to make the turn.
Fuuuck dude, it took me hours just to get through the first segment full AB with the X-02, and that was with several wall ricochets too. After which someone told me to do it in the Mig-31, to which I said fuck that lol. Glad someone had the balls and the patience to pull it off. Damn impressive work right here.

I've just managed to kill the ADF-11 and beat the final mission after I had to restart from checkpoint after I crashed against the tunnel and windbreak close to a billion times, and boy oh boy, was that payoff so sweet!
I flew a really fast run with the Wyvern just for the laughs, it bugged at the part where the drone is supposed to end up behind you at the end so the drone wasn't at the elevator's base and I crashed into a signal repeater because I couldn't slow and turn. I am surprised that neither one happened here since it was even faster, neither the drone bugged nor the Mig crashed into the walls at the end.
F/A-18E: "I'm the move versatile aircraft of the lot. People would choose me over other aircraft in the roster!" F-22: "Nah! They'll pick me! It didn't help the controls locked up on any ground impact which meant you played ping pong against the walls until you crashed
