Current patch Rusty is one of the strongest builds in the entire game.

“There is a jet in the building sir” “what the fuck did you just say to me?”
Here I am thinking your video of the MiG-31 was impressive. This is inhuman. Wow
Jesus, here I am googling the world record because I had an unbelievable run in a SU-57 hahaha. We’re talking a min past this lol
Both antagonists (i think Adam and Mother Sphere are antagonists of this story) has their ground and right on its own, so Eve must choose lesser evil. In my playthrough i chose Adam, as he in weaker position and tries to fix consequences of his deeds. And i think, if you read books ingame, making side-quests you understand that he is lesser evil (still evil) (he has passion, and actually human, which can make mistakes), while ME are cold supercomputer, which OK to destroy not only humanity but biosphere of planet.
Dude i know Adam did a lot but i can't shake this feeling like you were trying to villainize him way to much maybe way more than in lore
@@deividrodrigues8819 I villainized him proportionately to what the evidence suggests.
Like father like daughter guys Both need to go for good and the fusion ending is our best bet
Fun to listen. Honestly, I don’t think any of the endings felt really “good”. Adam felt off the whole time to me, and mother sphere does not correctly fulfill the role of “God” because she does not function based on morality, but practicality. I do believe that Raphael Marks is way too egotistical, however, I believe this to be the typical nature of scientists. They tend to struggle with morality as they care more about the learning process and their own goals rather than what is correct. With all this known, I would still say to take his hand. I disagree that andro-eidos are as human as organic humans. When I was playing initially, I maxed Lili and got to the endpoint choice. Neither felt good, but I took the hand. Interesting video.
I refuse to believe that any other ending fits the story except for "Return to the Colony". It perfectly sets up the story for a sequel and frees Eve from both Mother Sphere & Raphael Marks. Both of them are evil and I don't understand how anyone could think otherwise. The character that truly deserves a redemption arc is Raven. She is the one who suffered the most because of Raphael. It would be really cool to see her and Eve join together in the sequel to create a faction of enlightened Andro-Eidos that can take on Mother Sphere and maybe even find a cure to reverse the Naytiba experiments. The possibilities are endless with Returning to the Colony. Lastly, if Adam wanted to be apart of Eve so badly, why didn't he just sacrifice his essence to Lily by having her create a super weapon made of himself? It was already established that Lily can do this with Tachy mode. Why did he HAVE to merge with Eve and take away her identity; especially when Eve is finally starting to understand who she is? It's ridiculous and a fat slap to the face to have us follow the story of Eve becoming human-like in order to support mankind to then have that taken away by merging with this pathetic pseudo-savior. Adam had two chances to make things right and failed both times. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Let Eve stand on her own merits.
@KatorX well said. I have a Raven video I'm working on, you're quite right; he *destroyed* Raven.
Did Adam create mother sphere? If so why? To start the war? What exactly was his plan? Can you make a video deticated to explain fully Adams Plan and moves he made to achieve it?
@@manostororosso2364 pretty much all of that is explained in the first 5 minutes of this video. I'm working on videos about Raven and Mother Sphere, both of which inherently have more to say about Adam.
This video is amazing It deserves more more nore views
Damn this game lore vids are amazing!
I’m taking ravens answers as gospel, Luther had a few questions also and looked how that turned out for him and everyone else who questioned mothersphere
@Shangjinko Mm, yes, he died in an area full of Naytibas while communications between earth and the colony were still blocked by the Demogorgon.
@ doesn’t explain why mothersphere threatened lily and Eve for asking questions at the memory tower
@Shangjinko she didn't threaten them. It's an automated message for anybody trying to access classified records.
lol… the real ending is the fusion ending. Mothersphere will consider eve obsolete and will throw her away for the newest version of humanity, mothersphere is a woman of the streets when it comes to mankind
@@Shangjinko until a sequel builds off of one of them, *none of them* are "the real ending." And really, obsolete? Mother Sphere finally created an angel that could get the job done.
@ the sequel will be the Eden protocols
@Shangjinko source?
@@GrislyGrizz look at the last DLC outfit Eve got, the Eden Protocols is printed on the latest DLC outfit possibly hinting at the name of the sequel
@Shangjinko none of the post-launch outfits have that written anywhere on them. Only the black and wild wave outfits have "Protocol EDENN" on them. And also a Jolly Roger. They're risqué pirate costumes, that's all. And seriously, of *all* the nano suits in the game, you think *that* is the one they're gonna tease the sequel title with? If that's so then I guess it means Eve is gonna become a pirate.
Wow thank you for getting right into it. Something felt off, but what you put together here really helps solidify why
I understand the point you're making, but as you say "Mother sphere doesn't have to be the good guy for Adam to be the bad guy", the opposite is also true. According to the logs, Mother Sphere is the one that started a war against biological humanity, and it also knows the whole story but not only did it not pass it on to it's creations as it forbids anyone from researching about "biological humans". Neither were good, and both lied, but in all honesty, when it comes down to war/massacre, I'd rather stand with the ones on the defensive. Also, this game is heavily inspired by Nier Replicant and Automata, and in both the theme of "everything is a lie, nobody is good".
Personally I killer him my first chance bc I knew he was shady asf when the story started. I got tired of him telling me what to do.
It’s a good video, but a strongly bias one. I think that you actually despised Adam character, so you actually made him far far more evil than he was actually imply to be in the narrative and on the other hand pretty much downplay mother sphere sins by like a 99,9%. I mean everything he had done she had done but worst, and while it can be at least argue that he feel some remorse, is blatant that MS don’t give a s**t…
@@marcobellanti1786 Adam created Mother Sphere. Adam programmed Mother Sphere. Adam fired all his AI engineers and disabled her safeguards. Everything "she had done" only happened in the first place because of him.
@@GrislyGrizz Yea, whatever is not my point. Aside that I don’t remeber this information that he disable all the safeguard (I mean I remember that she still have restriction, like the fact that she was programmed with betterment of humanity as a principle and others and she can’t go against them), but no matter what this fact described him as arrogant… not evil. They are two completly different things, because you are litteraly washing MS hands from all responsability, while the game is, again, blatantly clear that she decide what her obiective means, implying that she has some degree of free will and so she could have stop herself. But she didn’t and she use this her modus operandi. If nothing, MS is all the worst of Raphael without any capacity for compassion, regret or anything. Was stupid for him to create this thing? Maybe or maybe not. Was arrogant of him to not restrict her far far more? Absolutly! He is a flawed character? Yes! This is the point, the game is his redemption arc as much as the journey of eve as a person. But you can in no way say that he is solely responsible for the decision making of another indipendent being. In this sense you are absurdly bias and it’s clear in many point, for example tachi’s trasformation one…
@marcobellanti1786 "Mother Sphere develops her own AI. Who's responsible? Another AI engineer? No, they were all fired. Are we really safe with an AI without safeguards?" -The Truth Article 5 (featured in this video) He is absolutely arrogant, you're right. He also *is* evil. Trying to control humanity is evil. Ethnic cleansing of people is evil. Manipulating Eve to his will and sacrificing his 'creations' so she can decide for herself with zero external swaying whatsoever that he's actually a gOoD pErSon, is evil. Redemption arc? Please, he spends the entire game spewing bullshit. He is the *root cause* of humanity's extinction, there's no redeeming that. Yeah, I am biased against him because he *is* evil. Mother Sphere is a machine, she doesn't act in terms of good and evil. What you take as 'evil' is programming Raphael gave her. And again, she wouldn't exist in the first place if not for him.
@@GrislyGrizz Point number one, there is no way to prove the validity of The Truth in the game. There are several collactable, like the ones on MS religion that we can prove false. So there is no way to say if that article is true, partialy true or false. My opinion is that is partialy true, but anyone can have his own idea. But, even of we consider it to be true that is the only thing that imply that he MADE evil act in the name of his purpose. The past tense is very important because now we are 100 years into the future, so you can hardly judge who he is now from 6 articles maybe false of about a century and two genocidal war earlier. And yeah, he let Eve, one sent there from MS like she was less than a lab rat, to educate herself to the limit of his capacity. Than he offer her a choice. I really can’t say that this is a evil action. It was not like he could go to eve and say to her “Hey, I’m the Elder Naytibha… want to talk?” Or he would be immediatly attack, more because Eve was an indoctinated ignorant that anything else…. Soooo… yes, he wasn’t evil in make her see What’s happened and let her the possibility of a choice. And then sorry but i don’t undestand the “sacrife creation” part. Aside that no… MS act and have free will, say otherwise is simply stupid. Raphael never program her to delete humanity from existance. That was her thinking and logic. She made a leap in logic to make that decision. This actually require more decision making that simple programming. But even aside that, by refusing his offer you genocide a race and destroy the best possibility of stopping MS, that is actually far worse than him.
@marcobellanti1786 ah, I get it. If a document is negative about Adam, it's inconclusive. If a document is positive about Mother Sphere, abject falsehood. But *I'm* the biased one. Sure. Raphael programmed her to make humanity better. She created *better* humans. Organic humans treated them like garbage. Following her programming resulted in the war. Even in the present time of the game she's still following the same directives. That's what AI does.
A really stupendous analysis of the story~! I do appreciate that Adam is the imperfect representation of the biblical father of the firstborn humans, Cain and Abel, who of course go on to commit the first murder. Much like how Adam is the progenitor of the Naytiba/mother sphere and thus the killers of humanity in a sense.
There's no black and white in the real world. I love the fact that, especially after you fleshed out the other side of the argument, that this is also true in Stellar Blade. Did Adam lie to his teeth and caused massive atrocities as a byproduct of his actions? Absolutely. Did Mother Sphere also lie to her teeth and caused massive atrocities deliberately for her purposes? Absolutely. The better question is to ask about intentions. What is Mothersphere's intention vs Adam's intentions? Sometimes consequences are relatively more forgivable (but not absolutely forgivable) if it's set out by the right intentions. As no one, not even Mothersphere can predict all consequences. Just as you said "Mother Sphere doesn't have to be the good guy for Adam to be the bad guy". The reverse is also true. Besides, whom is good or bad has no bearing on whether to take Adam's hands or not. Only the consequences do. And for surely, EVE had to choose based on limited information, as we all do now. The real right decision at that point is to neither accept, nor to kill Adam. There's simply insufficient information to make an informed decision. How would post fuse Adam/Eve be as an individual? How do Adam himself even know how it works? Even if post merge Adam/Eve becomes a god more powerful than whatever Mothersphere can throw at them, how does it create a new species of humanity? What are the ripple implications of all this. None of the ending are definitively good or bad if we have to consider all the butterfly effects beyond whats shown in the game. And that loops us back to intentions vs consequences. If it's impossible to predict all consequences, based purely on intention albeit limited information, should Adam's hands be taken or not? That's the real question. It'd be more of a god complex to judge the outcome of other's actions, including that of Adam's, instead of his intentions. As only those whom have never sinned can cast the first stones. And those with perfect ability to predict be allowed to judge regarding Nth order consequences. Based on whats presented in game so far, I choose to trust Adam's intention to be mostly good. And the objective of Mothersphere to be misguided. Her reclassification of humanity is not the intention Adam had when he created Mother Sphere. It's a classic case of AI misalignment - and shall this be a forewarning to us all as we venture into the realms of AGI and ASI ourselves in the real world.
shift up forgot in todays world we don't really care about preserving our species much lol that narrative is long gone
I’ll watch this video when I fully finish the game. I have spire 4 left to do.
😂😂😂😂 I’m out

@spunkyknups8864 are you asking how I got it in general or how do I have it equipped in the prologue?
@GrislyGrizz just how and where y9u get it, I've beaten the game multiple times but couldn't find that one lol
@spunkyknups8864 it's in a building not far from the start of Eidos 9. This is the v2 version, if you didn't pre-order then you'll get a different one the first time you open the box.
I'm pretty sure I pre-ordered but thanks for the info bro.

I'm surprised this video only has around 500 likes; I knew something was off about Adam's character, but never put more time to dig deeper. Good insight man; this game does have a story, it's just people aren't inclined to figure it out because the game was created by Shift Up. If games made by From Software have stories; this game definitely has a story.
So in other words Adam is the ultimate Korean fuckboy
So, ultimately, this is a story of the conflict between the immoral (Adam) vs the amoral (Mother Sphere).
😂 great catch figuring out Adam was dirty. I aint trust him off his look & attitude but when he said to not open that disk i knew he was up to something.
I knew he was the villain from the beginning of the story, as someone stated to me: “A true devil comes with a lie and a smile.”
From with Adam or Mother Sphere human civilization was screwed at the end of the day. Sadly Pawns of a chess game that has gone too far more matter what ending you got
this is a real breakdown
Well now I don’t like Adam even more not just at the end of the
🤔I really enjoy your video, it really puts all of Adam's lies out there and how he used, raven his most loyal servant, orical his best friend, and eve just to make himself feel better for what he started, if he never made mother sphere the war and humanitys fight for survival wouldn't have happen, yes you could say mother sphere is just as bad as Adam since she drop a whole colony down on earth to kill the naytives or the fact that mother sphere was sending down her creation to stop Adam but not telling them the whole story thst they arent humans and you guys are killing the real humans the naytives, but the truth is she was created by Adam which means she would do and act like her creator would meaning all the bad mother sphere did is what Adam would do if he was leading instead of mother sphere, well now all we can do is wsit and see what happens in the sequel, my guess now that Adam out of the way mother sphere would try and fully take control of earth in Adam's place since he was the only thing stopping her from as she started guiding humanity to a better future same lines as Adam lol.
Great video. I just came across it today. I finished the game about two weeks ago(Platinum the game), and man, I tell you this game is more than boobs and ass. From the very beginning, I did understand the biblical references, but the game is deep. I'm playing it again because why not, I need to collect everything. There are some memory sticks I missed.
Excellent video my friend. Choosing Adam never sat well with me and I'd admit I didn't read every scrap of lore, which clearly shows Adam as the devil. Mothersphere isn't benevolent, but her goals more closely align with the preservation of humanity. Again excellent video and the premise is 1000% agreed.
I always hated Adam
Best Stellar Blade lore video yet❤
I knew off my first playthrough brother man was SUS brother was talking weird n was being too mysterious
People tell me the this game's story is non-existent. LOL. Great video man. Now I'm questioning... On my first playthrough, I refused his hands, because my guts tell me to refuse. Partly I was afraid I had to fight Lily and kill her. I care about Lily more than Adam. But everyone is saying taking his hand leads to the best ending... I think a lot people think taking Adam's hand is the good ending because the game makes it feel like it's the best ending, with Lily inserting the last hyper cell, and everyone's happy in Xion. Hmmmmmm...... Bottomline is : Can't wait for the sequel !! Again ! Great video !!
Do you have to be so unforgivably mean & cruel to Adam? He had good intensions as we see in the "Save Xion & Fuck Mother Sphere" Ending [That's what I choose to call it] with Lily surviving, of course! We see that he was true to his word and Eve is still the same person even after the fusion.
One thing is that I wonder if Raven attacking Xion was part of this plan. He definitely meant for Eve to fight her and take her Alpha Core, but I think he meant that to be her last core instead of Oracle, not expecting the Demogorgon core to be lost in space. Plus sinse she attacked and defeated Oracle, her rampage could have jeperdized the Cradle. But I think he left to go deal with it, then decided that her ramage would be a good way for Eve to get her core anyway, and even if Raven jepordized the Cradle, it was a setback that could be rectified later.
@mechagod8107 I don't think it was part of the plan. It's just strange that it happens now. From what I can tell, their schism happened *years* ago, but Raven only figured out where Xion is recently? Or she always knew and just killed the other Eve's on drop, so she never had a reason to attack before.
I think that the mother's sphere is the next antagonist Eve going to confront
Biblical references. Adam and Eve. If everything you said here tracks, then I guess if he was named Lucifer, it would've been too obvious. Either way, the PC port can't come soon enough.
I didn't take his hand just cause I don't like him but you've convinced me, he really didn't help anyone.
You make a strong argument but what about the fact the Mother Sphere turned on humans? I always interpreted it as merging with Adam was the lesser of two evils because Eve gained the power of the Elder but kept her own self in the process. At that point she’s powerful enough to bring down mother sphere and cleanse the earth of naytibas and restart the next evolution of humanity. Now I’m not so sure. I think the writers need to release some additional lore so with can know because I loved the story to Stellar Blade and would like to have some solid closure on it.
Short version, because I have a video planned for this topic: Mother Sphere didn't really "turn" on humanity. Humans treated the Andro-Eidos like garbage. Mother Sphere created what are, for all intents and purposes, *better* humans, and humanity saw them as little more than slaves. Raphael had plans to replace Mother Sphere, to her it was a "it's them or us" situation and naturally she wanted to protect 'humanity' the way she was programmed to see it best. I feel like most people see Mother Sphere as evil and Adam as good, or 'lesser evil' despite the fact that she wouldn't exist in the first place had Raphael Marks not created her, is because humans can't relate to an AI. Adam looks human (he isn't) so people are more sympathetic to him. All we hear about Mother Sphere is how 'evil' she is, even though this is mostly through Raven, who is parroting what the Elder Naytiba told her, which surly isn't biased at all. And is Eve *really* "still the same Eve?" In that ending she fused with the man who lied his way to world dominance, manipulated Eve into doing *exactly* what he wants, lying to her the entire story. Is it not within the realm of possibility that Eve saying she's the same Eve is a lie?
@@GrislyGrizz how did humans treat Andro-Eidos? I am interested in the story but I don't have a PS5 so my knowledge is a little broken. I don't doubt Adam is evil, I just wanted to know if humans were really so bad that Mother Sphere would end everyone including surrendering children.
I think it's still the good option to fuse with adam. EVE has the possibility of not being a POS with her new gained power. The new emotions she felt prove that andros aren't human enough to kill off all human remnants. EVE could be the right person to take Adam's spot, he's gone either way so why not let someone with better motives take over.
@yoteskote5892 the important thing to remember is there are no human remnants. Humanity *is* extinct. The Naytibas are no longer human, Adam may look human, but he isn't. Not anymore. Also, am I *really* supposed to believe the man who lied his way to world domination, manipulated Eve to do *exactly* what he wants, lied about everything, is just gonna disappear? He's not gonna have any influence in this 'one body' at all? Sure, definitely 🤨
I still can't outright support Mother Sphere ambitions either. The true catalyst behind the initial war between humanity & the Andro-Eidos is still a mystery. Her continuous suppression of information pertaining to the truth is very much intentional, and seemingly designed to drive EVE to complete the EVE Protocol. Fusion brings about that completion, but the reason behind that necessity is an even greater concern.
There is no ending that supports Mother Sphere's ambition tho. Even killing Adam isn't done in accordance to MS, Eve does it because she knows Adam is a lying manipulative POS who's decisions are directly responsible for the dystopian situation they're in. If I'm Eve, I want no involement with Adam, especially if it requires me sacrificing my individuality. She doesn't trust MS either which is why she plans to question her at the end of the non fusion ending.
So there are the two endings, choose his hand or not, fuse with him or not, which i feel has some darker unshown side effects. Eve feels fine, but i think that's because Adam is taking a backseat but will eventually fight her for control of the body. Adam is a naytiba right so he's bad, so while yes, Eve is told to hunt naytibas by mother sphere, i think the best ending is Eve breaking free from both Mother Sphere and Adam. I think Adam was just trying to save his own ass at the end so he was like, "Fuse with me, and you technically kill the elder naytiba". Eve standing on the globe at Xion is also like she's acting like a megalomaniac God. Im working my way to do my third ending of below 70% Lily progress. Also what's your understanding of the end credits saying " their journey continues " when you join Adam and "the journey for truth continues" when you kill adam? Also you get the symbol of legacy for choosing Adam, the earring says "A seed of the new mankind to come, and the harbinger of salvation for all". Hmm. Maybe. What if Adam is a changed man, and he HAD to lie to Eve, because I mean she was obedient to mother sphere, so he had to lie to get her to see the truth of things. I mean yeah he brought it upon himself and humanity but if the game is insinuating he relinquishes control to Eve when they fuse then cool but if he's still in Eve subconsciously or consciously it could be bad.
@MyLifeMyShou yeah, he lied his way to world dominance, manipulated Raven to his will so egregiously she lost all semblance of reason, lies to Eve the *entire* game. Surly if Eve fuses with the pathological liar, when asked if she's still the same Eve, the answer *must be* honest. Suuuuuurrrrre.
@GrislyGrizz it could be that the creator/director didn't know how to nuance that it's an evil ending and maybe that's why people don't realize it is. So there's the choose Adam ending, the alone ending, and then there's the "choose lily" ending. I don't see why doing all the quests would ever be a bad ending. I would deduce the lily 100% but don't choose Adam ending is the correct one.
I knew mothersphere was evil after reading some texts and propaganda posters in xion. And the scene where raven told the truth about mothersphere this makes everyone shocked even Lily. I got a guy feeling that they're evil from the start.
My first playthrough reading everything and paying attention to the story, when Adam asked Eve to take his hand, I said, "Oh fuck no!" out loud. My gut told me everything about him was wrong. I'm curious to see where the story goes from here. This is easily my game of the year.
@ashenthornwolf my best friend screen shared the last bit of the game, we were in a party and when he got to the end while Adam is giving his BS speech, my friend was going "no" "no thanks" "uh uh" "I better be able to reject him" I was biting my tongue trying not burst out laughing 🤣
Whoah that's a damn fucking perfect play, when the pilot and the aircraft are both best
