Wrong album, the society fear was all on Eat the Elephant. I can't say your interpretation is *wrong* but I will call it sophomoric because simply, that's just so surface level it's boring. How many songs does tool have to make like Lateralus before people stop trying to make Maynard into a soothsayer for societal collapse. Then again people love to impose their political beliefs onto celebrities soooo I can see where you're coming from.
I go in and out of Tool phases. When I'm in one, I don't listen to anything but Tool for a few months. It's healing, inspiring, and a whole journey. I'm thankful these musicians found each other and gave us life... 💜
“46 and 2” is one of my favorites! One of my favorite bands ever, still haven’t seen them live yet, I saw A Perfect Circle a couple years ago and that was awesome but Tool is on my bucket list
PLEASE do Right in Two. The music is obviously great but the lyrics, poetry, and story telling in this song are second to none. You’re just getting started brother. These guys are a game changer. They changed my perception of all music at the impressionable age of 17. I’m 43 now and I refuse to hop off this train as long as they keep making music. They’re simply brilliant. Keep going. I can tell when people are faking it for whatever reason. You are genuinely digging this and I’m here for it. I never thought I’d be one of these reaction watching clowns, lol. But I love watching other people fall in love with something ✌🏼
RIGHT IN TWO!! Sample Lyrics: "Monkey killing, monkey killing monkey over Pieces of the ground Silly monkeys Give them thumbs, they make a club To beat their brother down How they've survived so misguided is a mystery Repugnant is a creature who would squander the ability To lift an eye to heaven, conscious of his fleeting time here... CUT IT ALL, RIGHT IN TWO!!"
Isn't it amazing how one band can have such an impact on so many lives and age groups but all the while it's almost always the reasons. These geniuses are really more than a band. They are inspirations.
The best part about Tool is that everytime you listen to them you hear something new. I don't know any other band that has that magic. I've been listening to Tool for 3 decades and I always hear something new. Don't ever apologize for going back and wanting to hear it again, I've been doing it for 30 years lol. Thank you for letting us enjoy your experience. Can't wait for more of your Tool journey
I first heard this track thru headphones, on the deck of a cruise ship at 3:00 in the morning, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, by myself. It was a surreal moment.
This is my current favorite Tool song. There are other masterpieces in your future. This song, to me, is about how humanity has only been on earth for a short time, has screwed up, is about go extinct, and should fight to preserve life our place on this planet. The second half of the song is that battle playing out. In the end, humanity fails,.the earth shrugs us off, but eventually something once again comes ashore...
Saw this tour three times. Last time mushroom chocolate. Wowzers. When Descending played with that ominous fiery black pyramid in background I just about lost my marbles … so SO good.
Maynard is the king, of what I call "Novel Verses" .. When a single verse or a few words are so deep, paint such a vivid picture..... It would take an entire book to explain it completely Some of my favorites are.,.. "Caligula would grin"...if you know your Roman history, , Caligula, a.k.a. little boots", taste ran toward the darker, more twisted, surly insane directions. "There's no love in fear"......It would take an unabridged dictionary to unpack that one completely. "Swing on the spiral of, your divinity and still be a human"..... WOW, .. Yeah .....At least a full encyclopedia Britannica set needed. " God damn, shit the bed"...... So universally understandable, so relatable, it transcends language. "I was wrong.....This changes everything."...,.First step on the path towards destroying the ego.
Disposition / Reflection / Triad. Listen to all three together back to back as they were originally intended to be one track. Lovingly known as "The Holy Trinity" by fans. Welcome to your new favorite Tool songs ✌✌
Those 3 are over hyped. Very good but extremely over hyped. One guy called them that and everyone just ran with it because that's what happens on social media. This song blows those 3 away.
I'm 58 and have heard a few Tool songs over the years and have always liked them but never spent anytime delving into their work. Thats going to change! They seem to be like a Pink Floyd 2.0 which is a complement.
I think you underestimate yourself. There are a sh*tload of reactors out there and in my book you’re one of the best. Obviously by how quickly your channel is growing you’re doing something right, so just keep doing you. 🔥 This is a Tool song I wasn’t familiar with before watching your reaction and I can’t wait to go listen to it again. Wow! 🔥
Nobody talks about Tool as being the best of Pink Floyd, Metallica, AC/DC and Led Zepplin . Every song is elements of these artists...artistic creativity, writing, hard rock, comedy, and aggressive tempos. The advancement of cultural art is embodied in these four guys.
Thank you for making these videos. Watching someone really deep dive into their experience in discovering such an amazing band is really fantastic. If I can make a suggestion of where to go next I’d really recommend Wings for Marie. It’s a solemn, beautiful, raw display of his coping of his mother’s passing. His external platitudes and internal honesty. It’s genuinely deep and one of the most beautiful songs ever written.
Yes, Both songs should be played back to back. But he should also listen to the other songs he has written about his mother’s struggles and passing before wings for Marie & 10,000 days. “Jimmy “, “Judith” (by a perfect circle) “The Patient“ then wings & 10,000 days. In my opinion.
@@dpaquette69 100%, I keep trying to push him toward APC. Judith is still one of my favorite songs after all this time and it hits so close for me. My mother is christian and I am agnostic, and she keeps trying to push me down her road and I keep trying to pull her up out of it. Don't care what she believes, just do it without blinders.. I feel like thats what Maynard has always tried to get across.
The look you gave at 13:37 said it all. This band doesn’t grab everyone and I get it. But for those that it does, it becomes a part of your musical self. I don’t really know how to explain it, but I saw it in your eyes at that moment. I even saw you take a deep breath right after it. Good stuff my friend.
I'm telling you 10,000 days wings for Marie part 1 and 2 it's a song he wrote for his mother after she passed and the ordeal she went through with her sickness. One of their best. Also off the same album right in two
Tool are masters of suspense, tension , melody and time signature non-conformity PLUS their lyrics can be at the very least profound, and at best revolutionary to one’s mindset! Nearly every piece is a masterpiece
I think tool is one of the greatest bands that’s ever existed their ability to write such complex sounds, and combine it all into one song is absolutely amazing. I love how they single out each band member and give that artist such range of exploration is what makes them great, and it must be listen to on a very good sound system that have all of the levels needed the high tweeter down to the low, strong base and everything in between you have to listen to it loud
It was worth the wait. I downloaded a leak because I was going to be flying on the day it released. I had nothing else on my phone to listen to for almost the entire journey. It was on repeat for over 24hours. I did the same on the return journey.
Great, with constant trolling from the band. In 2013 I saw them live and Adam says, "new album dropping next week!!" At the end of the show, the crowd was going so chaotic hardly anyone heard the jk he added at the end. Not to mention countless social media trolling . Another reason I love tool, they clearly do it for themselves.
@@awdimprezal You're right it never gets old none of them really 10,000 days has always been my favorite just because it has a deeper meaning but I really love fear inoculum
For real..."Lateralus" is their magnus opum! Not my absolute favorite song by Tool...but their most amazing song...does that make any sense? Love to hear your opinion
@@miguelyanez5090 I 100% agree! Picking a favorite Tool song is like a flavor of the month. We have so many emotions each day that each different song might speak to us differently. Currently Schism reaches me the most as I deal with a tramatic relationship, however Lateralus is differnt. its the Magnus Opum to life. It just rings a little bit different. Spiral out my friend@
Fun fact about tool. Speaking directly about their music the band said that it’s for you to use and interpret in your own way in your own life they are “a tool for you to use however you need”
Tool is by far the deepest and most 'complex' band I have ever heard. I'm a big fan of so many other musicians and bands but there is nothing that can compare to these four guys.
This is up there with my favourite Tool songs. The way the instruments are composed and just the way Maynard put together the message behind these lyrics. It gets me in the feels every single time
I've been listening to Tool since '92, and have enjoyed the journey. It's great seeing someone else go down that path. This is currently my favorite song. :)
Tool reaction videos now has its own category at the top of my home page... just sayin. I can't believe I used to try and convince people that Tool is next level shit, now half of you tubers do all the work for me. Never gets old, good job man keep spreading the word. I don't think Tool wanted its own army but here we are anyway ;)
Almost everyone I know including myself, we’re also speechless. I may have heard this track almost a 1,000 times and it still gets better every time! 🤘🏻🌀
EVERY SINGLE TIME. Since recording this I've played this so many times on repeat. It's an incredible experience if you have a good sound system in your car
Ive been listening to Tool since 92". Ive seen them many times now. Catching them again in October here in Vancouver. They are the best live. On acid. The greatest band. Ever.
I think on first read of lyrics, something like: We are the cause of the madness in the world we experience, If we don’t wake up from our “slumber”/lack of interest, we very well may just find we will grow older, find we are weak, and lose our will to carry on/just give up. People confuse falling with flying, and people assume you can live in a strong emotion, presumably a happy emotion forever and just “float”, but in reality they come and go. Maybe people have a tendency to just want to stay in their happy place, but seemingly, I’d say trapped in it. “Sound out dire reveille”, which would be something like drum roll or trumpet playing signifying something dire and our dire need, directed towards the future, our future, that we have caused as a collective of people, “The madness of our own making”. “Muster every fiber, mobilize, stay alive”, a call to arms, heeding everyone to march, in order to “mitigate” the ruin that may be upon us.😮 If this what it means, I like how it is put it together. And… If you are one of these people in a “Slumber”… I wish you the best, it can be hard. Keep on marching, even if it is with “every fiber”. It will pay off! ❤
i had this song stuck in my head while i was watching the 2022 movie All Quiet on the Western Front on netflix, and to me the lyrics like "this madness, of our own making, and calling all to arms and order" and my dad mentioned it (the song) could be about russia-ukraine conflicts, and this came out in 2019, also the noise played when keenan sings "free fall trough (noise) this boundlessness" sounds kinda like a gun (??) idk, tool is cool and my brain cannot comprehend.
I’ve had this album since the 1st day it came out…. It has not left my car stereo… I revisit this some weekly. I’m astounded every time. (Professional musician and music teacher here… You’re channel is quickly becoming my favorite due to your ability to point out the magic undercurrents of Tool. You communicate it very well)
Danny's drumming in the long instrumental section is just out of this world. The way he plays these polyrythms and moving the feel around is absolutely mindblowing. I play the drums for over 20 years and I can play quite good but man I wish I had Danny Carey's mind when it comes to writing drumparts. He's one of the all time greats and I'm glad I've seen him play live several times. TOOL is a must see live band and they won't be doing this forever so if you have the chance, go experince them in concert. You will have a fantastic, memorable evening.
This song is about society and how it is falling apart but our own hands. It’s also is a reminder that either we make some hard choices and solve some of humankind’s deep seated issues or we will bring about our own ruin/demise. Tool has been my favorite band for a very long time… mid 90’s I would say. The music is so complex and the lyrics are deep and intellectual. You definitely need to listen and contemplate the lyrics many times
When I heard Tool for the first time, it was 2003 ... two years after Lateralus came out but it was still the Album that introduced me to Tool. Oddly enough, back then I guess I wasn't mature enough (mind you, english is not my native language and I was just 16 and couldn't comprehend the lyrics). I somehow forgot about them and basically rediscovered them 7 years later in 2011. That time it was 10000 days and I became a true fan and have been ever since. I really love all their music today and the long waiting period for the new album was definitely worth it and "Descending" might just be my favorite track (but it's close as I love every song)
I feel you; it is powerfully hypnotically beautiful and moody and poignant at times. The ending is incredibly powerful but wouldn't be without the orchestration of the rest of the song.
I discovered Tool back in the 90's, when they actually released a couple of videos on MTV back in the days when MTV stood for Music Television. I immediately bought anything I could find from them. And yes, at the time, I'd listen to their music to go to sleep to, so go for it, it'll work.
MATE!!!!! Polo//////. love this reaction. 10/10. i realize that this is your first TOOL song that took you over the best band in the world. I'm sure your best tool songs change from week to week .
Not sure thought I was subscribed long ago,.anyway you are one of the most calm reviewers that tries to not mess up the flow while stopping the.songs maybe to often yet still enjoyable.
Love Reading the comments... Its amazing how many souls have been effected by this Powerful Band. I remember my first Tool Concert and Maynard saying " Can You Feel it? CAN YOU FEEL THE LOVE? IT WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FEELING...TOOL ARMY LOVE🎶❤
..... My mind is blown by this song every time.... i mean Tool does that a lot but this one.... the whole Fear Inoculum album is nuts. Invincible and Tempest go super hard as well, but each song on this album just go together so well like chapters of a book. All I can really say is ENJOY! cause I did.
As I listen to Tool for the first time along with you, I get the same feeling that I had many years ago when I first heard the Fragile, Close To The Edge, Tales From Topographic Oceans and Relayer albums by Yes. I guess lightning does strike twice. Love your reactions. Great channel.
Your facial reactions are the best. They convey what we're all feeling when we listen to Tool. I do hope you have a chance to catch them live one day. They actually sound better live than in the studio. Hearing these songs live is an experience I have trouble putting into words.
My new favorite song to see reactions to, the song hypnotizes everyone and then they start descending with the song. I love when a song makes you feel like you're rising up, or descending. Or like it's the perfect introduction or finale to a movie.
I grew up listening to country and 70s with my parents. Now Garth and Boston are still gods. But when I learned of Tool at 15ish... I didn't even know I was listening to metal. I for real went to sleep listening to songs like this while staring at my lava lamp
Polo, dude we waited 13 yrs for this album and they did not disappoint! Your description of thier music, his voice, and lyrics is spot on! ☮️ So glad you are walking through this wonderful journey with us! 🎶🎤🎸🥁
Naw, love the pauses and rewinds. Your channel makes me wanna hear your Tool Spotify playlists and any other playlists you'd put together. EDIT: Also, I like listenting and watching because you may not be a music professional, but you have a better appreciation than I do. So listening to you discover and break it down helps me to develop that greater appreciation as well. Keep on with the Stank Face man!
Tool makes these long epic songs that are complex and incredible and when you try to compare them to regular mainstream bands that are making 3-4 minute songs for the radio that all sound similar you really see there's no comparison and Tool's music is separate from that.
Don't undersell yourself, bro. Your reactions are earnest and well measured. Keep up the great work. I can't wait for you to get to some of their older bits and pieces. It's such a great trip.
Been a TOOL fan for many, many years and each time I listen it's EPIC! The only band to ever do that for me! Love your reactions! Keep up the great work!
Just wait, the best is yet to come with Tool!! Wait till you realize that the album’s when listening in order can give you an insight on their growth and MJKs pain and suffering he went through to get where he is now. Tool is t a song or an album, it’s a life story through all the albums. From young and angry, to growing and learning, to finding peace
I agree to the nth level. Tool is a band that if you got with them early. Everything mirrors the growth through life. And then you find yourself with appreciation for when things get better. I find it interesting that now I judge myself on which Tool album I relate to. Undertow is dangerous but I'm so happy my cd player has not released Fear inoculum since it's release. I did however find a way to get A Tribe Called Quest to work.
I'd really like to see a new Tool album in the next few years, but if there's nothing more, I'd be satisfied because they managed to get Descending out in 2019. Really one of my favourite songs of all time,
Your balance contraption is pretty cool to watch while hearing this track, fits perfectly with this music in it's seeming randomness but there is a pattern, a subtle cause and effect that is fascinating and becomes mesmerizing...these guys spent a few years crafting this album, they took their everloving sweet time and the results are astounding. This album is great on a road trip, late, late at night/early morning, (almost) alone on a highway
Not say that this is necessary, but a personal choice - In the spring I listened to this song after eating a small handful of sacred fungus. I was in the woods crying my eyes out under the beauty of the trees and clouds..I was gyrating like some kind of Egyptian goddesses feeling SO MUCH. Memories of Iraq turned into memories of love and understanding as I grew. As humanity struggles to overcome our negative traits we learn the true power of our light. Absolutely LOVED watching you react to this man, been listening to Tool for a quarter century and I get that same stank face every single time I listen to them haha.
I started on sprit and learning mission lately and using the same sacred fungus took a deep dive back into Maynard. I never really appreciated or understood some of his lyrics and meanings like I do now. This man is just mind blowing and spiritually awakening even without enhancement
Love this song, love this album. I think I like it more every time I hear it. I sometimes wonder if the me from thirty years ago would have liked it, though. I was really just a lot more metal, back then. But I have been listening to Tool all this time, and as they have matured, so have I, I guess. Brilliant stuff.
Another great reaction! You are doing great, no need to be nervous. Looking forward to when you get to BOTTOM, EULOGY, or LATERALUS. The first two are high energy and LATERALUS is more uplifting. Keep em coming and SPRIAL OUT!!
Its awesome watching you go on this Tool journey. Dont worry about the pauses and the rewinds. The Tool Army understands and we love watching and experiencing it with you. I suggest you do Schism or 46 and 2 next. You'll love those as well

i don't understand. phases? if that's the case I'm in 25+yr phase.
This is probably the best song I’ve ever heard. No joke. From the lyrics to the music…it never gets old.
Amen.
After seeing these TOOL reactions, I'd say 46 +2 is the song you need to hear.
I think he already did if I’m not mistaken… he does great reactions to Tool
The music video.
100% agree. I love tool. Great always but some are even bigger.
💯
“46 and 2” is one of my favorites! One of my favorite bands ever, still haven’t seen them live yet, I saw A Perfect Circle a couple years ago and that was awesome but Tool is on my bucket list
Every Tool song will put you in a trance. They mind fuck you with the binaural beats!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
I’ve been asking for this one too. Love right in two.
RIGHT IN TWO!!
Sample Lyrics: "Monkey killing, monkey killing monkey over
Pieces of the ground
Silly monkeys
Give them thumbs, they make a club
To beat their brother down
How they've survived so misguided is a mystery
Repugnant is a creature who would squander the ability
To lift an eye to heaven, conscious of his fleeting time here... CUT IT ALL, RIGHT IN TWO!!"
Isn't it amazing how one band can have such an impact on so many lives and age groups but all the while it's almost always the reasons. These geniuses are really more than a band. They are inspirations.
Yes, please. Tool Army.
well said brother, especially faking it. He's hooked - you can just tell...so fun to witness.
Can't wait for more of your Tool journey
you've not heard the YES catalogue from 1970 - 1979 then 🙂
An ipod with TOOL saved should be sealed with instructions and solar charger should be placed in a time capsule ❤😊
I say that every for every tool song_when I hear it
Descending was the best song on their 2022 tour, it sounded incredible live.
It’s Maynard’s do not go gently into that goodnight.
It's probably the best explanation I have ever read of this lyrics. 😲 Wow
Saw this tour three times. Last time mushroom chocolate. Wowzers. When Descending played with that ominous fiery black pyramid in background I just about lost my marbles … so SO good.
"I'm like, damn, how far are we gonna go?"
All the way. Polo. All the way down.
“Stir us from our wanton slumber, mitigate our ruin” - love this line.
For me it's "Falling isn't flying, Floating isn't infinite.
spiral out....keep going.
The best part of that line is who is he talking to?
"Sound the dread alarm, through the primal body..." that part....
Maynard is the king, of what I call "Novel Verses" ..
When a single verse or a few words are so deep, paint such a vivid picture..... It would take an entire book to explain it completely
Some of my favorites are.,..
STAY ALIVE!!!
Thanks to you, Polo. I now have a new favorite band. 53 years old and fell back in love with music today.
That's incredible! I love it. You have a lot of songs to get through now 😆
Disposition / Reflection / Triad. Listen to all three together back to back as they were originally intended to be one track. Lovingly known as "The Holy Trinity" by fans. Welcome to your new favorite Tool songs ✌✌
Not necessary to do all 3 together. Each live on their own as well.
@@jokergreeting No they are one song
@@hank35682 “okay”
@@jokergreeting The band said they were so 🤷♂️ I’m not pulling things out my ass, it is what it is
Those 3 are over hyped. Very good but extremely over hyped. One guy called them that and everyone just ran with it because that's what happens on social media. This song blows those 3 away.
Man never apologize for pausing and going back we are enjoying the hell out of watching you take it all in. Great video as usual
Everyone says "7empest" but I say "Invincible".
Bellow out loud, bold and proud, of where I've been...
but here I am
Both are correct.
Invincible just hits different in your 40s
Yes!! Invincible is where it's at!
I'm 58 and have heard a few Tool songs over the years and have always liked them but never spent anytime delving into their work. Thats going to change! They seem to be like a Pink Floyd 2.0 which is a complement.
They are Pink Floyd for Gen X. I'm 57 and have been listening to them since Undertow. The guitar solo in this song is pure Gilmore.
Wow! 🔥
It’s so fun to watch someone become a fan of the music you’ve always loved. Welcome brother!
AC/DC ?? don't insult TOOL like that
This song has to be a master piece. Bravo Tool!
Wings for Marie AND 10,000 Days TOGETHER
You got goosebumps on your first listen. I’ve heard this song hundreds of times, and still get goosebumps every time. This song is epic.
Every new song is my favorite ToOL song. ❤😂😢😮 soundtrack to the apocalypse my friend
I'm telling you 10,000 days wings for Marie part 1 and 2 it's a song he wrote for his mother after she passed and the ordeal she went through with her sickness. One of their best. Also off the same album right in two
Yes right in two is phenomenal
RIGHT IN TWO!!
The pot! Jumbi! Vicarious! Rosette stone.. That album is full of masterpieces
Tool are masters of suspense, tension , melody and time signature non-conformity PLUS their lyrics can be at the very least profound, and at best revolutionary to one’s mindset! Nearly every piece is a masterpiece
You say tribal. I say primal. The sound, the beat, the groove, it's in my DNA. It's primal.
Polo!!! Your Tool reactions make my day. 🎉
Tool fans like myself had to wait 13 years between 10,000 days in this album to come out
It was worth the wait.
I was disappointed at first, I've rescinded that statement though, it gets better every time u listen.
@@awdimprezal You're right it never gets old none of them really 10,000 days has always been my favorite just because it has a deeper meaning but I really love fear inoculum
Can confirm, they delivered tho.
Man if you are digging this, Lateralus is going to be your vibe! The band used the fibonacci sequence for part of the beat.
Yes.
19:29 … that crescendo… when it hits ….. every time…. I’ll never get bored seeing new Tool fans feeling it.
Ah yes, the fetuccini code
Fun fact about tool. Speaking directly about their music the band said that it’s for you to use and interpret in your own way in your own life they are “a tool for you to use however you need”
This is the best song in the album, and probably in the top 5 best Tool songs. The music and the lyrics are pure art.
Tool is by far the deepest and most 'complex' band I have ever heard. I'm a big fan of so many other musicians and bands but there is nothing that can compare to these four guys.
Can't wait til we get to Right In Two. Here for the whole ride
tool is my favorite band and this song hits different
“Right in Two” is another great TOOL song to check out
Almost everyone I know including myself, we’re also speechless. I may have heard this track almost a 1,000 times and it still gets better every time! 🤘🏻🌀
EVERY SINGLE TIME. Since recording this I've played this so many times on repeat. It's an incredible experience if you have a good sound system in your car
@@poloreacts27 I think I have heard this song daily since the album came out. One of the greatest songs ever made.
Ive been listening to Tool since 92". Ive seen them many times now. Catching them again in October here in Vancouver. They are the best live. On acid. The greatest band. Ever.
I think on first read of lyrics, something like:
We are the cause of the madness in the world we experience, If we don’t wake up from our “slumber”/lack of interest, we very well may just find we will grow older, find we are weak, and lose our will to carry on/just give up. “Muster every fiber, mobilize, stay alive”, a call to arms, heeding everyone to march, in order to “mitigate” the ruin that may be upon us.😮
If this what it means, I like how it is put it together. And… If you are one of these people in a “Slumber”…
I wish you the best, it can be hard. Keep on marching, even if it is with “every fiber”. It will pay off! ❤
Tool is a supernatural experience. Happy to have found your channel.
i had this song stuck in my head while i was watching the 2022 movie All Quiet on the Western Front on netflix, and to me the lyrics like "this madness, of our own making, and calling all to arms and order" and my dad mentioned it (the song) could be about russia-ukraine conflicts, and this came out in 2019, also the noise played when keenan sings "free fall trough (noise) this boundlessness" sounds kinda like a gun (??) idk, tool is cool and my brain cannot comprehend.
Tool take you on a journey,
They leave you confused, but delighted. 🌀
I have their box set with the CDs and music videos I bought in the 90s! Very Tim Burton-esq
MATE!!!!! Polo//////. love this reaction. 10/10. i realize that this is your first TOOL song that took you over the best band in the world. I'm sure your best tool songs change from week to week .
The Entire album is what you need!🔥🤟
Not sure thought I was subscribed long ago,.anyway you are one of the most calm reviewers that tries to not mess up the flow while stopping the.songs maybe to often yet still enjoyable.
Love Reading the comments...
Its amazing how many souls have been effected by this Powerful Band. I remember my first Tool Concert and Maynard saying " Can You Feel it? CAN YOU FEEL THE LOVE?
IT WAS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FEELING...TOOL ARMY LOVE🎶❤
Been a fan since the 90's. 3rd Eye is my fav from that era of my life. This is mine now at 50 years🤘
..... My mind is blown by this song every time.... i mean Tool does that a lot but this one.... the whole Fear Inoculum album is nuts. Invincible and Tempest go super hard as well, but each song on this album just go together so well like chapters of a book. All I can really say is ENJOY! cause I did.
This is the best music reaction channel because of that wood thing in the background
I think they are still on tour, for this album. We saw them and the visuals are out of this world.
Amazing experience.
It's more than a concert.
They are not still on tour and no new dates have been announced as yet.😢
Best concert ive been to by far
Yeah Maynard is out with Puscifer currently. I saw him in Tulsa about a month ago. Another great band but significantly different from TOOL.
@@cyberdemon1702 one date has so far!
@@WILDCRD-yi1jo just saw that! Bad azz!
So glad you are walking through this wonderful journey with us! 🎶🎤🎸🥁
People will react to Tool just like this forever, because Tool is forever.
Woohoo my favourite Tool song! The 'dark' part in the middle is just mind boggling.
Don't undersell yourself, bro. Your reactions are earnest and well measured. Keep up the great work. I can't wait for you to get to some of their older bits and pieces. It's such a great trip.
Agreed. His reactions seem very thought thoughtful and genuine.
Been a TOOL fan for many, many years and each time I listen it's EPIC! The only band to ever do that for me! Love your reactions! Keep up the great work!
Love your reactions - don't worry about pausing and rewinding. We enjoy your enjoyment and discovering of the greatness of Tool's music.
My brother, we all make that face to Tool. Do not be ashamed of the stank. Tool will put it there one way or another.
Just wait, the best is yet to come with Tool!! Wait till you realize that the album’s when listening in order can give you an insight on their growth and MJKs pain and suffering he went through to get where he is now. Tool is t a song or an album, it’s a life story through all the albums. From young and angry, to growing and learning, to finding peace
drop the mic! Bravo...
4 awesome musicians Adam Justin Danney and Maynard .
I feel like this song is about both the journey of the band and the existential risk faced by humanity
You said it, their music is an emotional roller coaster and is tough to articulate
I really enjoy your reaction videos. Gets me through another day. Thank you for being a good person.
I'd really like to see a new Tool album in the next few years, but if there's nothing more, I'd be satisfied because they managed to get Descending out in 2019. Really one of my favourite songs of all time,
perhaps it truly was their swan song...
Fear Inoculum is the greatest achievement in the history of music in my opinion.
@@shanejovanovic6073 Yes, it’s the epilogue 😢
Ticks and Leaches! Best example of Danny at his finest and awesomeness just all the way around
Has allways been one of my favourites too
Your balance contraption is pretty cool to watch while hearing this track, fits perfectly with this music in it's seeming randomness but there is a pattern, a subtle cause and effect that is fascinating and becomes mesmerizing...these guys spent a few years crafting this album, they took their everloving sweet time and the results are astounding. This album is great on a road trip, late, late at night/early morning, (almost) alone on a highway
Tool is just too good it's almost criminal actually it is!😂💯🔥🚒💪❤
Not say that this is necessary, but a personal choice - In the spring I listened to this song after eating a small handful of sacred fungus.
+1 on Bottom and Eulogy. My go to TOOL songs!
one of the greatest songs ever written
Its awesome watching you go on this Tool journey. Dont worry about the pauses and the rewinds. The Tool Army understands and we love watching and experiencing it with you. I suggest you do Schism or 46 and 2 next. You'll love those as well
Props to praising Danny. Got to be one of the best rock drummers ever. You want to hear another unrated drummer? Smashing Pumpkins - Snail. Jimmy Chamberlain.
