    Very relaxing and effective workout, if you are short on time. Trainig for the wole body in 15 min! Love it!

    I’d love some small ball workouts, and core and glute focused workouts with lots of clamshells and dead bugs.

      In the meantime you can check out some of the other glute and core workouts on my channel (many of them have clam variations and Pilates versions of dead bugs too 😊)
      And there’s this inner and outer thigh one with a Pilates ball but I’m working on adding more ! :)
