I have a theory that Kit's family paid some sort of bribe to ABC/The Bachelor production team to keep her until at least halfway through the season. She's 21 and she honestly brings nothing to the table. The date had zero spark or chemistry.
Maybe he saw the potential of life in NY high society.
Honestly the fact that Kit is 21 and Katie is 29 probably has more to do with it than Matt would admit.

This season is honestly just filled with mostly rude, and disrespectful people. They're mostly a bunch of mean girls. Serena C needs to be out now. Katie is the only one with a backbone. The rest are always laughing at mean comments, or not standing up against bullies. Disgusting group! The franchise needs to do better. Looks aren't everything! Usually it's one or two villains. This season is 85% villains.
Don't forget some of the new girls who were/are being bullied by yhe mean girls

Few things I took away from this week’s episode:
1. Chris Harrison is a terrible actor, with the whole “what are you doing here Heather?”
2. Katie got a good potential Bachelorette edit last night and that one on one was important to show her fun side/opening up. Most leads get a one on one from the season they were on.
3. Wholesome Magi deserved better. See you in Paradise. It’s a shame great girls aren’t highlighted and someone like Serena C was kept on another episode just for drama

I feel like Matt is too bland and uninteresting to host his own season, that's why we've had so much drama. They shouldn't have taken the chance on him and they're covering up the complete lack of romance with house drama.

I feel like Matt is a great bachelor! He is very sensitive to the women and we'll spoken. Not to mention he shut down the mean girls.
I think it's more the fact that we didn't get to know him and root for him prior to him being the bachelor like we usually do. There are some fun moments in the after the credit scenes, so I think he has more personality than they are showing.

The editing this recap is LITERALLY killing me
This season has felt off but I can’t pin point why. I’m not connecting with any of the contestants
i feel like it’s because there’s been constant drama. most seasons theres like a build up to drama but so far we haven’t had an episode without something MAJOR. And then all of the drama has been taking time away from the actual connections 🤷♀️ I feel like it’s not normal for the lead to have so little screen time....

i feel like there’s usually some funny moments and we actually see the girls being friends
Production dropped the ball this season with their picks for this cast, as well as their editing. 90% of them aren't compelling or are too caught up in bullying/toxicity, not even drama. It's made the show unwatchable and very uncomfortable and not entertaining at certain points. It honestly angers me watching these people. They should do better and take a leaf from Tayshia's season's book, and realize that we as viewers crave seeing more positive interactions and romance.

I think that the massage prank was a nod to Tyler's Fantasy Suite date with Hannah when they were getting massages and then he asked everyone to leave and began massaging her himself, ending up in that steamy make-out session.

This is the episode that caused me to really start to not like this season... MJ is a bully and the girl Serena who was trying to call out Katie was pissing me off.. then she gets sent home.. that was super weird. I did not see that coming. Not impressed with these grils.. I also didnt like how he "felt bad" and ended up inviting the losing bowling team to the date.. that was a slap in the face to the winners and I would be effing PISSSSED
About the bowling thing how is he supposed to get to know who he likes If he can’t spend time with them???? Just because it would be a slap in ur face he could be losing time with his “wife” to be and potentially make a wrong choice......
