Rear Spring Table

The height of the spring determines the load the tire will see and how easy the car will roll over as the track slicks off.

Would there be a benefit to mounting the 16" left rear spring on a 2" tall cup on top of the rear in a stock car?

only rule I see is lower spring perch must be welded to axle tube

So regardless of where the mounting points of the tops of the sliders are, the actual height of the springs will determine the degree of influence on the springs by the cg of the car?

No the pivot point is also a part of that, but you can change the spring very easily and get better results.
