  • 10 Minute INTENSE Dumbbell Full Body Workout | Set of Dumbbells | Follow Along Workout
    BIG body work all in one! An intense Dumbbell Full body workout that targets all the major muscle groups in just 10 minutes. It’s important to keep strict form while completing these exercises but push yourself to the MAX! Grab a pair of dumbbells you can handle comfortably & let the gainz begin!
    Time: 10 Minutes
    Equipment: Set of Dumbbells (I used 30lbs)
    Primary Muscle: Full Body
    Instructions: This video is in full length so you can easily follow along. Choose a weight you can handle comfortably & maintain proper form throughout. If you have to rest, take a breather and resume as quickly as possible.

      @@ToluOshonowo Sikk bro, I love it. Gonna start incorporating other bits but it's perfect for upper body and with the squats. I started with 1 KG dumbells and now upto 6 or 7 I think. I'm go mad stop at 10kg on each arm then focus on getting more reps and trying to improve my technique. Obviously some muscle groups are stronger so I wanna wait till they all easy. Then maybe add more weight. That's why I was asking if there was something you could put together like this but for a weeks workout or something?     Bro also just as some feedback cuz I been doing this for the last 3 days. In you similar upcoming videos I would put the exercise that's coming next as a title and maybe allow 5-10 seconds between each exercise to get in the position etc.. its like the viewers doesn't now what's coming and then watches you for the first one and then loses time. Then you gotta pause rewind all of that and it's off-putting
