I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I've done this twice and it's been fun! The last exercise was so fun, when you were getting tired, I wasn't tired and I realized "wow, God has really brought me far"! I've been doing strength and weight training for about three months now.

Do you have any recommended weight to use? I’m new to working out, and pretty skinny, so I’m starting w 5 pounds Edit: just did it, I was feeling almost nothing with the 5 pounds so I switched to 8 pounds after 3 minutes, which is the only other thing I have. With 8 pounds, it was still pretty easy except for the diamond chest presses, which were quite difficult. Might see if I can get heavier weights, gonna do it once more Edit 2: did it a second time, arms really feel it now lol. The section where you go on your back is what kills them
