Both Apple and Samsung's 'Find My' feature utilize other phones in the surrounding area to pinpoint the location of a lost device. In this case, since Manu has an iPhone, the Apple Watch was able to report the device's current location. However, the Samsung Watch did not have any other nearby devices to ping for location information.

60hz double screen works. Don't know why 30hz is the default for you. Try the optimized for video when you start double screen.
2. Quick share is as fast as air drop...nothing special on both, just wifi direct.
What seems to have happened is multi control drag and drop might not utilise the full speed.
When you guys find a worse than expected result...i would think another recheck is in order.
Samsung's eco system is not just limited to electronic gadgets as Apple's is. You can also connect all your home appliances like AC, TV, Refrigerator and many more which is not possible with Apple.
PS : You should have used Quick Share feature which is similar to Airdrop instead of drag and drop in that round.

Second screen on samsung is smoother, if you switch connection mode in second screen setting, which btw is accessable from drop down menu of tab, and on laptop you don't need to open second screen app, just hit win+k on win 10 works.
Many smart things that samsung eco can do was missed in this video.

Remember if you buy an exynos processor phone then it will not be great in performance. The phone might heat even in normal use. I would recommend snapdragon processor. Or you can wait for nothing phone 2

Well, the Tizen they had for phones was basically android... Kinda like a heavily modified android like Harmony OS.
@@NOTONtechsx they are completely different . Both of them Linux kernel, but the implementation (runtime, core libraries, application framework etc) are very different. Also both uses different languages, Android uses java or now Kotlin, Tizen uses C, C++ & HTML5. The interface looks similar but very different under the hood.
@@train_xc The Tizen I'm talking about isn't the Tizen that you see nowadays. I very clearly remembered one of my relatives had a Samsung Phone (I forgot the model number) which ran on Tizen OS and by default, it ran .tpk apps. But then there was a hidden loophole where I could install .apks. I was also able to go to the actual android settings page which was hidden and there it said it was android.
Basically there were many Tizens. Probably the early Tizen which ran on phones were android based. I know modern Tizen OS which run on Samsung TVs and appliances and formerly on Galaxy Watches aren't based on Android.
EDIT: It's very hard to get info about Tizen phones on the internet but I finally found a video to demonstrate it. (th-cam.com/users/shortsIwMUX9tI3vI?feature=share). I remember we had to go to the keyboard settings to get to the hidden android settings page! Samsung marketed the Samsung Z1 as a Tizen device.
i have been using samsung since last 10 years and the way it has narrowed down the ecosystem war is incredible...also Apple is closed eco system and Samsung is being able to manage everything with Android ...defintely samsung has some limitation but in next couple of years Samsung going to give better ecosystem in Android world... and where ever samsung is lacking, it some software thing and those can easily be customized or bring in to the system........I will always be a Samsung fan boy :) :)❤❤❤❤

Already using my s22 as a webcam flawlessly with airdroid, i don't have a tab right now, but i have seen that it could used as secondary display at higher refresh rates as well. You just need to know the right way.
2:45 Yes of course there is, You can just go to contacts on your Mac and there you get the option to call, message, FaceTime etc.
Also the "Calls from iPhone" feature is by default enabled.
Mrinal is actually not good at using the Apple services because the Find My works shockingly well.
In tablet 2nd screen round, the animation can be set to 60hz manually in display setting. and if you use wifi6, it is even smoother.
It seems Windows is making it harder for Samsung to create a seamless experience

Apple also has the feature to ring the watch. Why didn't he try that after reaching the park? Even in case his Apple watch is GPS only, once reaching inside the park, both devices were in proximity of each other.
And it seemed the Apple guy didn’t know how to use Maps. 🤣🤣🤣

loved the way you actually directed the whole comparison I have seen my video where they have compared the ecosystem but mostly on a very geeky level. Your videos is more towards the regular or daily use stuff.
You can hide the number in the call display for S22ULTRA and S23 ultra.
Go to Calls, settings ,Other call setting and toggle off " show contacts numbers in call"

nice video about the samsung ecosystem, but i am not satisfied because pratik did not mention or use the Multi control. it is my one of my favourite features in the samsung ecosystem.

8:27 I can use my Motorola Edge 30 camera as a webcam on my Laptop using ReadyFor (Moto ReadyFor Windows App Needed). I'm surprised Samsung doesn't have that feature and yes you can use Moto's feature for Video Calls as well
But why not use Nearby share since its now available for both PC n phone
One thing to note is that apple uses airdrop to share the file and samsung/android uses drag and drop if the they uses nearby share or quick share to share it then it would be fair.

Well, for sharing files in samsung, there is quick share and nearby share that are faster than sharing using multi control to some extent. Also second screen at my tab s7 does actually support 60 hertz and can work with any windows device
In the Second Screen round, i guess it was two different things lol. Apple just used universal control to control the iPad ui and not the mac? like it wasnt extending a second desktop to the ipad like the samsung did.

There is no need to go to screen share, you can just use windows + k to open projection settings. Also you can use toggle screen from notification tray so that's much much quicker, that said it's not smooth at all.

Quickshare option for sharing files is faster and can be used to share files across galaxy devices(Phone, galaxy tabs,galaxy book)
In samsung you should have used multi control which would be much better while youtube on tablet

One more ecosystem comparison can be apple vs Motorola, or Samsung vs Motorola.I am using Motorola edge 20 fusion and its ready for features are really cool, you can do anything from your laptop what you can do with your phone. the clipboard sync in my favourite.

Whatever Samsung is doing with two different software company (Microsoft & Google) to implement an Ecosystem is incredible. Just imagine what would happen if they had their own OS 🔥

@@TanvirMunna apple’s power is not that they have their own OS. It is that they carefully design all their products according to what they think their customers need. In this process they realised that they need to build their own software and hardware.
If Samsung wants to do the same, they need to develop OS for phones, watches, tablets, laptops, earbuds, washing machines, AC, fridge…. Seems quite a big task. That’s why Apple does not do so many products and that’s why Samsung will need to cut short on their products if they develop their own OS for everything.
This compromise will always be there.
For airdrop, samsung has quick share.... had you used that... it wouldn't have embarrasing... as it hardly takes 5 secs

Pratik bhai use the inbuilt windows screencast by pressing windows key + K.... And in the tablet tap on smart things and in settings then tap on it for like 10 to 12 times it will give you developer mode settings then enable the low latency and all stuff then you will achieve sidecar level smootness
you have to use quick share instead of that method

Using the connect a wireless monitor is faster on the TAB, I own a Lenovo legion laptop, s23 and S7 FE. using the cast from windows 11 is better than the second screen app as it runs at 60Hz and or run dex mode from s23. Additionally the nearby share from windows and Google is faster.
I use all devices but this ecosystem thing has not even 5% usage on my day to day use. I rarely copy photos from mobile to laptop. Even if i do i prefer faster cable when i copy more than 5gb.

You can actually use the phones camera as a webcam on the galaxy tab. I use it all the time with my S24 Ultra and Tab S9.
There is a quick share option in Samsung devices. Why did you use the drag and drop feature? In my opinion Samsung earns the point because it has both features Quick Share and Drag and drop. And quick share is faster than airdrop.
For the transfer thing,why didn't you use quick share?

Sidecar is not equal to second screen. You should use multi control. The video playing on iPad is native it is just streaming keyboard and mouse controls while samsung is streaming entire screen.

I'm Samsung phone and Asus laptop user. I use Phonelink for calls, messages and mirroring, PC to phone file sharing and MyAsus for second screen, webcam and phone to PC file sharing. Now Nearby Share for Windows made file sharing easier.
Samsung flow is also good in phone link you can't drag and drop multiple photos that's the issue while samsung flow tends to be better at it and it has all those features that phone link has
Use Samsung flow....set hotspot to 5GHz before use....then you can use clipboard sync, drag and drop file with High speed.....you may go through a Samsung flow features and tutorial.....You will loved it...Phone link bhul jaoge..Try it

For file sharing, you missed an important and fast method of samsung ecosystem: Samsung Flow App. It's very fast and no-nonsense method to share files netweem galaxy book and samsung phones.

While I really enjoyed this fun video and previous ecosystem battles as well, some of the things that I wanted to see was Apple handoff and Samsung continue on other devices, Techwiser never mentions this feature, they are one of the most important feature and why some people choose to get into ecosystem( continuity)....... also a suggestion that nearby share is a faster option for the android ecosystem or Samsung ecosystem now available on every windows pc as well

I think the 30hz output is a limitation on windows it's not Samsung.
For the drag and drop test you should have used _Quick Share._
The biggest myth about iMessage and facetime is that nothing can beat this but the fact is outside USA literally no one uses those features so having a versatile ecosystem with Samsung is way better.

Hi, I have Samsung Tab S8+, on windows i can use it as wireless display with 60Hz also, and it is fast. Check advance display settings.
If there was a comparison based on marginal Utility in terms of medium of exchange (Currency). Apple would lose really bad.
Second screen option works well in my S7 FE n acer predator without any gitter
If using airdrop for Apple, would be better to use quick share for Samsung.

You miss Samsung Dex feature
Nearby share is now available in windows so file transferring is faster
linux and android can do everything apple can and probably more (you might need some 3rd party apps like kde connect, scrcpy, droidcam but it works very well)
Mrunal was not using the find my for Apple Watch correctly, he was looking for the watch in maps app when he reached the garden, but he was supposed to use find my app for locating Apple Watch when he was so close to it.
