In my country, even tho driver is not at fault, but the fact there was a road accident and the biker was negligent, the driver has higher responsibility therefore more likely to be liable for damages.

1:13 If you look closely it does remove the paint from the wall. Also see 1:22 some paint is still on the back of the gadget. It might look very little amount of paint but it could be even more depending on the paint quality and duration of the gadget sitting on the wall.

Talking about the dial in the fan, the old fan regulators were designed to be at "Fastest Speed First" when the dial is turned on from off position and as you rotate the dial, the speed decreases.. I think they just tried to replicate that.

The fan is "ulta" cause the motor lasts longer if are taken from full ppspeed to lower speed as some times the motor have a tendency to short if no started on full power this is the sam case with wall fans
