Such a lovely morning flow. Perfectly paced and great for when you're groggy and just waking up. A lot of other online morning classes I've tried throw in crazy moves like Wild Thing which is a little too much first thing. This class was great for waking up the whole body in a gentle way.

You know what, I took a yoga class in high school thinking it be easier than regular pe, I was wrong. But the challenge it gave me was so rewarding. Fast forward, I wanted with a marketing company who have their employees hot yoga memberships, so again I reintroduced to yoga and loved it. I am 25 years old I have 3 kids under 5, and last night I decided to do a yoga video with my kiddos, they loved it. Anyways I woke up at 6 am and my back feels amazing, so here I am at 6:30 am recommitting to yoga, because I really have neglected my connection to my control over my own body pains and restrictions, thanks for this simple video 🙏💯
