Thank you so much ! I live in Italy , I' ve been practicing meditation in a Buddhist context and never found such a fitting and nourishing way of immersion in mindfulness / compassion practice. I'm so grateful and wish you all the blessings for your life.

This was so therapeutic. Thank you Christopher. I am 40 days out of my home, from an abuse husband. I am leaning into self awareness and reality. The rhythms of my heart, which have always been there---are shared by all humanity, and being rocked into calm love.

Thank you. I love the softness of your guided meditations.Just like the breath your voice and essence move gently to calm the anxious mind. I am an energy healer and meditation teacher for more than 40 years and I still learn so much from each teacher. I am so grateful that the universe found you on a random utube search. Thank you for sharing your real self to bond with all of us in a gentle way to trust. Thank you.

Great meditation, Chris put the ads at the beginning if you need them! Not good to have in the middle of a meditation

Same here, I think they added it quite recently. I hope they do something about it, really good meditation.

Adverts right in the middle of the meditation, spoilt it. Shame 😢
