    Thank you for this kind and caring mindfulness meditation practice which will help me deal with “feeling my feelings” and the difficult emotions I carry. Rather than shutting down and avoiding them, your video, after seeing it only once, is helping me to honor, respect and show kindness to myself. I appreciate Dr. Donald Maurer for recommending your video.

    This really helped me. I’ve been feeling very uneasy, anxious and depressed lately so overwhelmed by my own thoughts and all the feelings attached to them. I don’t usually sit comfortably during a meditation if I can’t focus but the mindfulness of mind and body really helped. Thank you.

    This was powerful. Thank you. What about situations higher up on the 1-10 scale? How to deal with those? Halfway through the excercise I ended up channelling the more difficult issue as it is constantly taking up room in almost every moment of my day since a few days.

    Hi So I got this thing when I foucous on my breathing other senses keep flowing to my rhythm and from there, I do not know what to foucous on any more Help????!
