    Lovingkindness for the people who are living in Bethesda, Maryland... They are very, eco friendly, they are using used cooking grease from restaurants to make fuel, and also large amounts of solar power. Bethesda is the best tree town with its amazing poplars and classic birches, trees are what Bethesda is about.
    We are meditating on grounding with the earth and we are rejecting proposed new contruction adamantly in Bethesda right now. Thankfully the community is too hip for it,
    The trees are beaming with spirit, the spirit of the divine earth. In Bethesda we are giving thanks for the birch especially, and it is linked to wisdom and longevity, especially in good relationships.
    We are grateful to be visited by such major environmentalists as Greta Thunberg and Kimiko Hirata!
