    Hi Jason, whether I can afford these condos or not, I love the presentation of all locations you cover. You and Manu are always making me chuckle with your banter. It’s a shame that a whole section of Thailand gets a bad rap due to a few walking streets. I love the out of the way locations and all the beautiful green trees outside of the city.     So over priced now some of the units in Pattaya. I can buy a 2 or 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the Gold Coast in Australia for less money with better facilities and a better view . And if you know the Gold Coast, you can't compare. The more I see, the more I know Pattaya is pricing it self out of the investment market. Cheap to rent but no long to buy.

      I know the GC well and have a house there, you are right and cannot compare Pattaya to the GC and beaches 👍

    its nice, beyond nice, but its still a one bedroom, i just can't see a one bedroom in most countries selling for over half a million. pattaya just isn't london, los angeles, new york etc.

    Beautiful condo, but wayyyy more than I'd invest...
    Also, open space is cool, but man, that place 50% bigger than my place in Frankfurt, Germany, but 2 fewer bedrooms...
    I bought that smaller apartment 25 years ago at 140k USD, now worth 500k USD...
    I doubt seriously I could get that kind of return with that place...
    Nonetheless, great session, thanks for doing these...
    I'll find something and you two are helping in the process!

    Good luck selling in these areas as just in Bangkok. There are over 213,000 residential homes for sale, and most will be condos. So will be a lot in Pattaya, of course, as well. It's a buyers' market, but it's certainly not a seller's! But it's always cool to watch your videos. Sue needs a shave, by the way!

    I would suggest that when quoting the square meter size to clearly indicate the total interior and total balcony space. In Thailand the total space offered is both added together, which dilutes the true interior space somewhat on units that have large or even multiple balconies as you have shown in this video.

      @goodvibespattaya2423 That's what I said basically, maybe just estimate if there is a bigger than usual balcony. I'm sure there are floor plans that have measurements available. It's not that big of a deal. Only a suggestion.
      When I am looking at rentals, I estimate and subtract balcony sqms to get an idea of the total interior space. That being said, I appreciate that having a nice balcony is great when there is a good view / shade / direction it's facing. That can't be discounted, though there are enough 35 sqm condos, for example, where 3 or 4 sqm are basically dead space for no more than hanging up laundry or similar.
      Just my opinion and what I look at.

    Sinking fund is only paid when the apartments are new and sold for the first time. Buyers beware of scams in 🇹🇭
    Also does the smaller 1 bedder come with a kitchen tap?

I got more life's road behind me than in front of me Life after 60 Yrs is about minimalism Not accumulation Everything is staying here when its End of life time to Go , Its Certainty Your gonna need your Work savings & Pension for the healthcare fight to stay here, Then need it for recovery Life left should i be blessed Look at Kev in Thailand and Steady Eddys fight. Learn from that RENT DONT BUY .

    I’m more concerned about the common fee. 65 baht/sqm and 157 sqm 10,250 baht per month. Absolutely insane amount for a couple of security guards and someone to cut the grass. You can rent a 1 bed condo for the same cost of the maintenance fees on this thing.

    It was few months ago
    It was red équipement or decoration and the building was quiet far away from the beach but with a nice view from like the « mountain »

      @@mgm.2174 Yah, sorry I can't remember the gym as it's not a feature I take note of. But for that price of 14k baht per month it would be a small one bedder near or on Second Rd Jomtien, one of the really big complexes, I'm guessing as you say a large gym. Good luck.
