I am 65 years old. I have been practicing yoga for 6 years now and just started to attempt Shirshasana. How long will it take for me to feel comfortable to complete the final head stand. I do not want to rush the process.

Hi prashanth, can shoulder stand be practiced with high bp for 3 days in a week. Only for 30 second each time?
