    You are an amazing teacher, Guruij! Your Breath Detox Course was truly a gamechanger. So fundamental but never seen anything like it before. Gentle but powerfull. All my Pranayama before wasn't anywhere near as effective. Finding your channel is the best discovery this year. I don't have a doubt about you getting 100000s of subscribers soon and you deserve it. Thank you so much🙏

    This feels very personal but I am so thankful to Ma for bringing me to this channel about a week ago. The information in all videos is extremely valuable complete, very refreshing and synthetized, saying all the necessary instructions and everything brilliantly explained. Just an overall amazing teaching ability, blessed with the fire of knowledge. I feel as if I found a long lost brother/teacher when I see your videos and for that I'm grateful. As a fellow teacher/student of Yoga, I will surely be learning a lot especially this delivery and the way you facilitate this Holy Science. I feel even hopeful we can someday share a practice in the same physical space and time. Thanks for all this work, Namaste! 🙏🏽

I practice early in the morning after a mug of warm water, if so how long should I practice after that, kindly advise. Thank you again and kind regards.

    I love your teaching videos, thank you.🙏 I am trying this after a kundalini awakening and partial ascension of the energy. Bear with me, I had no idea what chakras or kundalini were. It is very difficult to do this as I now have this larger belly. The energy seems to be housed in the sacral plexus. My middle back has lost flexibility, and my solar plexus is weak. I'm feeling drawn to working with the fire element. Should I just continue to do it daily slowly to strengthen the solar plexus and move this energy up the spine? I am also trying to manifest a large creative and spiritual vision. I feel like I've been carrying this "spiritual baby" around far too long.

  • @shailkumarjain
    @shailkumarjain 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    Two Points Prashant. At 4.16 minute of your video, When we stand with close feet, its wrong to say little contraction in belly area and person can't work on that area. With close feet, our base of support is less and that is less stable position(specially for beginner) with wide feet, base of support enlarges and we feel more stable. Also keeping feet apart happens from hip joint abduction, it has nothing to do with belly area contraction.
    Secondly, at 6.50 it is not correct to say that breathing via nose in agnisara would not empty lungs and we need exhale via mouth. There is no logic in that statement. Only reason for using mouth is that exhalation via mouth will be much faster as exhale cavity is big now and since person has to do bahya khumbhaka while performing agnisara movement, it become easy for beginner.
    Thank you 🙏
