Had my eye on one of the Mountain View condo's for a while now. The one that has a bathtub for soaking a shoulder injury. Also love the greenery around it and the view of the Mountains and that it's close to some hiking spots. The Perfect Homes website is great, I will find you'all when I move there.

You are right during covid prices dropped a lot in this building but these days we are struggling to find options as it fully rented most of the time.
