@@perfecthomeschiangmai Yea, i plan a 3 month vacation in early September if everything goes as planned. Going to Pattaya for a couple of weeks before i head up to Chiang mai. I have been browsing your houses for rent on your website, and i dont see any info on how long you need to rent. I know many wants a minimum of 3 or 6 months contract, so adding that info along with the deposit would be really good. Im probably speaking for a lot of people when i say that id hate to look at a house that i need a minimum 6 months contract when i only have 2 months before i have to leave. Would be nice to filter those 3-6-12 month minimum houses out if you know what i mean :P

With regards to the live in house keeper, I have to be honest and say it is not as easy as it used to be, but still possible and I would say between 12,000 baht and 17,000 Baht a month. But these prices are a guess.
