I don't really think $550 is what you would call budget friendly,especially for an older condo,also you missed one of the most important details,ie internet,although I may have missed this due to being distracted by cute Miss Lena.

If the bed is in its own room it's a 1 bedroom. Begs the question, what is a room. If you can close off a section by means of a sliding door (which can be ceiling to floor) it's a room. If the sliding doors are glass, put blinds on it, or a curtain in front of it. Voilà.

Thanks for the video as always! I was considering retiring in Thailand, but their upcoming tax laws will prevent that. I also think it will make many expats leave and that will really hurt your business. What do people there think about the new laws? Do you think they will actually implement them, and if so, will they stick?

Very interesting. I'll make it a point to contact you when I come to Chiang Mai. Two suggestions though: 1. For those of us who are unfamiliar with you, please include the city name in the description and in the intro. 2. Use the "mirror" setting on your camera, if available. It makes it easier to read signage.

This condo is as basic as it gets, you can find much better gents for that price. Don't compromise with YOUR money. The vast majority of condos come with a pool and some type of gym.
