I lived 1 year in Muang Phon near Khon Kaen in 2014. It was a very small town, and my rent was 75 US Dollar a month which included utilities - large 1 bedroom condo place. Cheapest rent I've ever had
After I finish the whole vid and knew the price, my jaw dropped!! WOW IT TICKS ALL THE BOXES, plus 2 meeting rooms and a huge but cozy co working space lounge!! AT 285 US ONLY!!! Even I am Thai I am stunned!!❤❤❤
Great building and great review. Convenient location right on the Sukhumvit BTS line. The pool and gym and co-working spaces all look great. Room sizes are a little small but to be expected with affordable prices.
Apartment small but expected for this price but I LOVE the amenities! I would be every day gym swimming and sauna. By the way you say sauna correctly. Not like usually they say " soona" I wish I could live in a condo like this some day! greetings from Finland where we have as many saunas as we have people.
Very nice condo. Very nice presenters. Very informative presentation. Charming views from the upper floors. I was especially surprised by the absence of the 13th floor😂. Thanks!❤
Great place! Is this price for short term (1-3 months) or long term (12+ months?). Last time I was in BKK in Nov 2022, everywhere it was the same, they wall wanted 12 months to get those deals, otherwise, you'd get the touristy Airbnb rates. Great video, keep'em coming! :)
Beautiful common area and very well-presented - but most people spend maybe 90% of their time while at the condo IN THEIR UNIT and maybe 10% in the common area. Certainly, the common area is nice when you use it - and to show off to friends for the OH WOW moment. But the UNIT is the most important aspect. And frankly, the unit shown is TINY (like so many 1 bedroom units in Thailand) at 30 SqM. Would rather have a smaller bathroom and no walls separating the kitchen, living room, and bedroom (i.e. studio layout) - this would be more efficient. Just wait to you move into this unit, you will quickly feel that it is way too small. Nevertheless - great price, good location, and very well-presented. Waiting for your next Vlog ....
@@ShadyD365 All good points, I've lived in a 40 SQM studio, 100 SQM 2 bedroom, 30 SQM studio, and my 135 SQM 3 bedroom. Space is nice but unfortunately condos in SE Asia have all been shrinking. The developers and owners really promote the common area, which is great but wears off fast. What becomes most important is the condo living space and less so the common area (IMHO) - more space is nice as you will begin to accumulate things over the years. For 40-60 SQM, I suggest you look at older properties, new properties have gone through shrinkage. Good luck.
Not bad guys, but you need to edit a bit and tighten the video up - shoot for 10-15 min for a single condo review. It took over 9 mins just to introduce the condo and get inside. Good luck.
Are you kidding me? That place is immaculate. The price is for real living ! The condo is real tiny though This is college students or low income earners dream Or just someone who doesn't want to spend a lot for basic living But the amenities are +++++++++++ And it's sooooo clean
They build apartment communities far better and more luxurious than in the US and most western nations. However, the one thing that I find uncomfortable about the apartments is the sizes. How could anyone feel comfortable living in such cagelike apartments 24/7? It's like living in a luxurious cage
I love living in a small space like this. My studio in Michigan is 300 sq ft (28 sq m) and I pay $850 USD. It's in a good area and the studio is newly renovated. But for 1/3 of that price in a great building with lots of amenities, this is a fantastic deal!
@@XY-rh3ifI would agree with that. I have friends who say they could never live in a space as tiny as mine, whereas it's perfect for me. Anything larger is too big.
@@lovnmyself When it comes to living space, size is matter of personal taste. I like a normal size home but I neither like the mansion style space where your kitchen is one block from your bedroom under the same roof nor Sanfrancisco or Tokyo size mini flat
Yes, you can find them through absentee owners/investors of the condos. Google short term rentals Bangkok. There are several sites. Airbnb is frowned upon, so it will be hush-hush and annoying to arrange your stay, but it's possible. For this type of place and the semi-surburban location, you'll likely pay around $40 per night.
Depends on how much AC you on, electricity cost can go up during their hot season around 2k plus to 3k baht for a 2 bedder. Water rates are more affordable.
In most cases the apartments are always rented for 6 or 12 months. This also leads to high discounts. Because the owners or landlords do not have to constantly register new tenants.
Thank you for the condo tour=) But this condo has to high price for the this not so good location. Your get also this condos at ASOK Station for the same or a little bit cheaper also with a rooftop pool.
@@ShadyD365 You must just go to a real estate agent or to the house management. You also can find different real estate on TH-cam like Project Bangkok etc.

Extremely packed. I felt like i won't be able to breathe there.
Looks nice but is that pool deep enough all 80m? I tried to see from other pictures, it seemed some parts of the pool is too shallow for swimming.
